I originally went to the showroom expecting to have to replace the entire flooring of the bedroom.  Daniel then recommended we use the closet flooring for the damaged area, then replace the closet floor. This saved time and money and I really appreciated it!  the floor looks impeccable.  Very professional and flexible.  Thanks!

Fast and done right

Daniel and his crew were very prompt, friendly, kind, and thorough.  I appreciate their hard work and their efficiency.

Daniel installed a wood floor in my house about a year ago. At first we loved the product. Months went by and we started noticing dark spots and the finish on top seemed to be stripping through various spots in the house. I called Daniel back thinking he would fix the problem since he has had such great reviews. His guy came out and stated that I had a moisture problem. Daniel stated that it was my fault the wood had a moisture problem and that I would have to pay to fix it. Mind you the problem is throughout the entire home. I decided to hire a Certified Floor Inspector who stated that Daniel never did the proper moisture testing and that it was installer error. The moisture barrier that was put down was not done correctly and has since failed. These were the independent inspectors note. Daniel still insisted that it was my fault against the report of the inspector. Save yourself the trouble and don't hire this guy! He will not take accountability for his bad job

David, Daniels brother came to do the estimate. He was unsure of how to handle some transitions so he said one of the installers will come by to do the estimate. Peter came and knew what needed to be done. He was going to provide me an estimate possible that night. I never heard from anyone again about a price or estimate. I called Peter and he never answered his phone and I left two messages over 4 days. I spoke to Daniels and he seemed unaware of who was to do the estimate. He never followed up. All this after waiting 2 weeks for them to even call me initially.. I called them because they never called me claiming a web site malfunction. It was the website I was sent to through Angie's list. They completely let me down but Face of Wood flooring was wonderful. See my review of their company.

From the time I received the quote to the clean up, they were professionals. I'm very pleased with the job they did. They replaced the carpet in 4 bedrooms with wood, 2 walk-in closets and replaced the wood in my living room where I had a small water leak. They even dealt with our closets in the bedrooms with built-ins. I would definitely recommend them.

Let me try to be as short as possible and get to the most important point of all...  I was offered 12 mil PARKAY laminate floor with flush mount  for stairs same material 12mil solid collection on walnut color.   When the installers have almost all rooms and foyer done and were about to start the first step with the stair nose piece it didn't fit because was 8mil.   The Installer then call Mr. Russell, Mr. Russell then send me a message with installer saying company DOES NOT have this !! to offer....  Lack of professionalism to offer something they can't deliver don't you agree ?   This was on late friday (thank goodness) so they offered to install an overlap instead on Monday when they were coming back  I asked what it meant, they say just the first step will have a smaller looking like ruler on top and that it will look good, they are the experts right? they know what they doing and offering  thats why you hire them? I got to trust them ...  So weekend came I had time to google a picture of it and see how it will look and came across PARKAY website where they do offer the product as you can see here    http://www.parkayfloors.com/solid/ 
Monday came I told installer Parkay do have it on his website, he called Mr. Russell and I send Mr. Russell also an email with the picture and link of website I found  ( http://www.parkayfloors.com/stairs/)  installer and Mr. Russell were on the phone and then they put some lady on the phone ( Irene 954-7264515) telling me (very unprofessional )she had no idea who could offer them Flush Stair Nose (FSN) 12 mm. on Walnut because they don't carry it and that she could only offer chocolate color. At this point everyone throwing the ball to each other....   Installer (he doing his best on the circumstances) offer to reconstruct the stair make it work and look good, Again they are the experts thats why you hire them right?   I wanted the nightmare to be done and gone. The first step has a lap and you can see the 4 screws... when is time to pay Mr. Russell he told me he could only discount 1.29 from the 8mil of 12mil difference and the flush mount he quote me was for overlap even though I made sure before I agree to pay downpayment that I got flush mount and he wrote it with his own hand....  I send him an email asking if any problem arises from the first step who do I contact for the warranty, PARKAY, his company or his installer he has not yet responded ...  
ADVICE to all when getting a quote get all DETAIL= how much floor, padding, the move of furniture , overlap, step nose pieces just all don't let them give you a quote not completely detail.
I contacted Parkay got other distributors contacts and I already got ANOTHER quote to fix the stair nose with the SKU #, the catalog # and the part does exist!!! ... in it  price is included and I can order and get it deliver if that is all I need.
 I let you all folks get to the conclusion I got ......

I called and spoke to Daniel himself, he is very friendly and accommodating! He sent his brother to my place the next day to take measurements and talk about my expectations.   He phoned  the next day w/an estimate.  I approved and he sent his worker out a day or so later (he left it up to me when would be a good time)  The worker arrived on time and worked to the designated time.  He spoke English well and was a nice and polite. The work was completed in 2 days.  Cleaned up after himself and was respectful of my property.  Moved furniture back to it's proper place.  Didn't waste time; a short lunch break was all he took and worked like a beaver every minute he was here!  Very nice people and beautiful workmanship. I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!

Very good job in a very short time: 4 days only.

We met Daniel at the showroom to select our flooring.  He made selections based on what we were looking for and found a vinyl tile we liked.   The price was quoted and all details gone over.   We had to reschedule the install due to other work we were having done, and they were happy to accommodate us.   They called prior to arriving to make sure we were ready to have them in.   Our installers Pat and Danny arrived on time, and were very professional, clean, and tireless in their efforts.  It was nice to have installers who were not constantly taking breaks or on their cell phones.  Pat and Danny cleaned up each evening, and made sure we were happy with the work being done throughout the install.   The entire install on 5 rooms and closets was completed in 4 days.  They installed all new baseboards throughout the house to complete the project.   We will definitely be using them again for further remodeling!

Daniel helped us choose the laminate flooring and was very patient with us. Dennis and Brandon were the installers and they did an excellent job. They showed up everyday on time and cleaned up after they were done. The job was wonderful.

Main issue is that the owner told me that ther was no need to leave the wood panels for a couple of days in order forthe wood to adjust- I told him several times that in everything I had read that was required. Again he said no. Norm is 72 hrs. Same day of installation a sub contractor came with the materials and installed the floor. He kept fighting with the assistance Because he was not following directions- one fight was pretty bad and next day he came alone and the 3rd day he brought a friend to help him. Well, 2-3 months later I notice separation of the wood btwn slabs ( joining points) 2 more month more gaps appered of course the same thing I told the owner about the wood getting adjusted to area it's what happened. Left a few messages and no answer. Extremely upset with the issue. The material my bedroom is a very high end laminate.

They were alright. We went with them just because they were highly rated on Angie's List. I didn't really get any other estimates.

From start to finish a class act.  The sales guy came out within a couple of days of my first call and brought samples of what I might like.  He measured the two bedrooms as well as an additional room and stairs we are considering having done in the future.  He called Daniel on the phone and I was given a fair quote.  I then went into the showroom to view all the samples. The showroom is packed with many samples from tile to wood.  After picking out the one I liked, we scheduled an installation date for the next week. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable.  They took great care in moving the furniture to a three day temporary spot.  They were very careful as to how they left the furniture as I have very small dogs and they could easily get hurt.  The installation went smooth and the floors look beautiful.  On the last day one of the installers (Thomas) went out of his way to replace the molding and closet shelving more stable then when they removed it.  I look forward to doing business with this company in the future.

It was okay. It went very well. They were very pleased with it. The positive was that they come and they do an on-site estimate for you and I believe it's free of charge. They were very responsive with the communication.

They said it'd take two days but they sent out and extra worker and got it done in one day.  They did a good job and I am satisfied.  Only complaints (and they are minor) are that they left little piles of nails and water bottles around, and left their large, wheeled waste container full of construction debris in my driveway for weeks, and even after I made several calls to them, never came back to retrieve it.  None-the-less, it was important that they do the work on the day they promised as we were moving in and the old carpets were flithy and doggy (and we have allergies) and the moving van was coming to deliver a house full of stuff.   The workers lived up to their word and did a very nice job.  The guys were all great to deal with, too. Would use them again.

I found Daniel Flooring on Google and after having gotten several other quotes from a few other companies in town.  Each of the others I went to, I did not get the "warm and fuzzy " that tells you this is the right thing.  I then went to Angies list and had found Daniel again. (good sign) with so many great reviews. Then I was chatting with a friend and she had also used him and raved about it. So, I was sold.
 I went to the showroom with my sample of what I needed to match and Daniel  was able to match it almost exactly. I say almost because the color and grain was perfect but the quality was better. I showed him the sample, and he said yes I have this, went to a stack of boards and pulled out the exact piece.
He was very knowledgeable about product, soundproofing and materials. There were several other repeat customers there as well who also were raving about him to me ( must have been obvious I was new to hiring a contractor on my own.
The installer came with a helper, were on time  ,and finished in a timely manner. Super clean and very nice. (even  loaned me a drill/screwdriver)
I have since used him in our house for new carpeting and already recommended Daniel to a friend.

A great experience.  Daniel was very responsive to my request for a quote, charged a fair price, and did quality work that was completed on schedule.  I highly recommend this vendor.

The estimator arrived on time and checked out the areas where we wanted to have work performed. We received the estimate promptly and agreed on a date for the work to begin. Daniel Flooring sent two crews; one for the tile in the kitchen and a second crew for the flooring in the dining room. They moved the appliances and furniture and began to work. They removed and disposed of all of the old flooring and carpet, leveled the floor, and installed new flooring material. They locked up our stove and laundry appliances in a trailer overnight and returned in the morning to grout the tile and install tile where the refrigerator had been placed.  That afternoon they cleaned everything and finished the job. All of the work was well done and the workers were professional, clean, and neat.
