We met Daniel at the showroom to select our flooring.  He made selections based on what we were looking for and found a vinyl tile we liked.   The price was quoted and all details gone over.   We had to reschedule the install due to other work we were having done, and they were happy to accommodate us.   They called prior to arriving to make sure we were ready to have them in.   Our installers Pat and Danny arrived on time, and were very professional, clean, and tireless in their efforts.  It was nice to have installers who were not constantly taking breaks or on their cell phones.  Pat and Danny cleaned up each evening, and made sure we were happy with the work being done throughout the install.   The entire install on 5 rooms and closets was completed in 4 days.  They installed all new baseboards throughout the house to complete the project.   We will definitely be using them again for further remodeling!

Daniel helped us choose the laminate flooring and was very patient with us. Dennis and Brandon were the installers and they did an excellent job. They showed up everyday on time and cleaned up after they were done. The job was wonderful.

Main issue is that the owner told me that ther was no need to leave the wood panels for a couple of days in order forthe wood to adjust- I told him several times that in everything I had read that was required. Again he said no. Norm is 72 hrs. Same day of installation a sub contractor came with the materials and installed the floor. He kept fighting with the assistance Because he was not following directions- one fight was pretty bad and next day he came alone and the 3rd day he brought a friend to help him. Well, 2-3 months later I notice separation of the wood btwn slabs ( joining points) 2 more month more gaps appered of course the same thing I told the owner about the wood getting adjusted to area it's what happened. Left a few messages and no answer. Extremely upset with the issue. The material my bedroom is a very high end laminate.

They were alright. We went with them just because they were highly rated on Angie's List. I didn't really get any other estimates.

From start to finish a class act.  The sales guy came out within a couple of days of my first call and brought samples of what I might like.  He measured the two bedrooms as well as an additional room and stairs we are considering having done in the future.  He called Daniel on the phone and I was given a fair quote.  I then went into the showroom to view all the samples. The showroom is packed with many samples from tile to wood.  After picking out the one I liked, we scheduled an installation date for the next week. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable.  They took great care in moving the furniture to a three day temporary spot.  They were very careful as to how they left the furniture as I have very small dogs and they could easily get hurt.  The installation went smooth and the floors look beautiful.  On the last day one of the installers (Thomas) went out of his way to replace the molding and closet shelving more stable then when they removed it.  I look forward to doing business with this company in the future.

It was okay. It went very well. They were very pleased with it. The positive was that they come and they do an on-site estimate for you and I believe it's free of charge. They were very responsive with the communication.

They said it'd take two days but they sent out and extra worker and got it done in one day.  They did a good job and I am satisfied.  Only complaints (and they are minor) are that they left little piles of nails and water bottles around, and left their large, wheeled waste container full of construction debris in my driveway for weeks, and even after I made several calls to them, never came back to retrieve it.  None-the-less, it was important that they do the work on the day they promised as we were moving in and the old carpets were flithy and doggy (and we have allergies) and the moving van was coming to deliver a house full of stuff.   The workers lived up to their word and did a very nice job.  The guys were all great to deal with, too. Would use them again.

I found Daniel Flooring on Google and after having gotten several other quotes from a few other companies in town.  Each of the others I went to, I did not get the "warm and fuzzy " that tells you this is the right thing.  I then went to Angies list and had found Daniel again. (good sign) with so many great reviews. Then I was chatting with a friend and she had also used him and raved about it. So, I was sold.
 I went to the showroom with my sample of what I needed to match and Daniel  was able to match it almost exactly. I say almost because the color and grain was perfect but the quality was better. I showed him the sample, and he said yes I have this, went to a stack of boards and pulled out the exact piece.
He was very knowledgeable about product, soundproofing and materials. There were several other repeat customers there as well who also were raving about him to me ( must have been obvious I was new to hiring a contractor on my own.
The installer came with a helper, were on time  ,and finished in a timely manner. Super clean and very nice. (even  loaned me a drill/screwdriver)
I have since used him in our house for new carpeting and already recommended Daniel to a friend.

A great experience.  Daniel was very responsive to my request for a quote, charged a fair price, and did quality work that was completed on schedule.  I highly recommend this vendor.

The estimator arrived on time and checked out the areas where we wanted to have work performed. We received the estimate promptly and agreed on a date for the work to begin. Daniel Flooring sent two crews; one for the tile in the kitchen and a second crew for the flooring in the dining room. They moved the appliances and furniture and began to work. They removed and disposed of all of the old flooring and carpet, leveled the floor, and installed new flooring material. They locked up our stove and laundry appliances in a trailer overnight and returned in the morning to grout the tile and install tile where the refrigerator had been placed.  That afternoon they cleaned everything and finished the job. All of the work was well done and the workers were professional, clean, and neat.

DO NOT GIVE DANIEL FLOORING YOUR BUSINESS!!!
I wish I hadn't...
I had initially gone to Daniel at the suggestion of my installer.
I visited his showroom in Dania and he showed me several different wood floors.  I decided on bamboo and he gave me a price, then I was surprised to see the same one offered at Home Depot (at a cheaper price)   I asked him if he would match the price, and if I could save on tax if I paid cash.  He quickly agreed.  
I then decided to use Daniel to place tile in my whole house other than the living areas, which I had covered in bamboo.
Short of it, I bought tile or bamboo from Daniel for my entire house, 3000 sq feet.  (5 bathrooms, laundry room, etc)
It was a big job.  
He assisted me in choosing, and Daniel in no decorator, although he is a brilliant salesman, and keen upseller.
He would not give prices as I was looking at tiles, just vaguely saying "oh it's cheap".
He talked me into many additional add-ons which turned out to look awful.  
He sold me the wrong kind of grout which I had to replace.
I did not use much of his suggestions that I had purchased because the master bathroom did not coordinate, looking completely off.
As a result I was left with extras that he flatout refused to return.  Extras that he had suggested.
To the tune of about $1000 worth of tile.
I HAD SPENT MY MONEY WITH DANIEL BECAUSE I WANTED TO GIVE A SMALL BUSINESS MY BUSINESS.
Now I really wish I had bought at Home Depot all along.  They would have returned every single tile I had not used or changed my mind on.  A customer should not be penalized for not liking how the tile looks.  Especially if they were coerced and suggested it by a greedy salesperson.
ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO DANIEL FLOORING.
HE IS CORRUPT, AND EXTREMELY RUDE IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ONCE HE HAS YOUR MONEY.

We have just moved into the area and what I liked a lot about this company is they came out to me and brought samples of flooring quickly. I did not have to make an appointment or travel to a showroom.  They guy that came out to do the job did an "A+" job, I was pleased with that. The only thing I did not like was that he was doing some of the sawing the floor pieces in my loft area causing my fire alarm to go off. So I ended up with saw dust particles all over furniture and then I had to clean that up. I thought he was doing this outside and if you hire this company make sure you request to all the cutting outside.

They did a excellent job on the floors and had great service. We actually spoke to Daniel on the phone and he sent out Tom to do the evaluation. The gentleman who came to do the work did an excellent job. The whole process was very professional. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Perfect. Prompt, professional. Estimator brought flooring samples which I really liked. He also quoted a good price on the spot. 2 other companies I got estimates from only measured then requested I go to showroom. The installation went perfectly & the closets are very nice. Totally happy with service. Recommend to everyone.

Very professional. would definitely recomment becase of the great work they did in my home.

They were able to remove all the border tile without breaking any of the preexisting tiles.  They replaced it with tile that looks great and makes the living room look equally great.  This is the second time I have used them in a short period time.  They are very professional and work diligently.  They left the place clean.  I would, once again, recommend them.

Daniel Flooring is fabulous. They did such an amazing job and they cleaned up after themselves. I just so appreciate it when they are thorough. They ere wonderful. Dennis was the one that came in and his sidekick, just an amazing man; fantastic. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

I have used Daniel since 2011 to completely renovate three bathrooms, install engineered hardwood in 4 bedrooms and now to replace all the tile on the remaining floors in my house.



Obviously, I am pleased with his work and price or else I wouldn't continue using him.  Additionally, I plan on using him to install backsplashes in my kitchen when my cabinets are refaced in a couple of weeks.



On this particular job, we looked at floor tile at all the usual subjects, HD, Lowe's, Major tile distributor and then went to Daniel where we are able to pick a tile within 1/2 hour.



Install started on Monday, 4/7 with removal of all furniture to be stored in our garage and out of the way.  Tuesday and 3/4 day Wednesday, was the tear-out.  Daniel warned us that this is a messy job and dust would be everywhere.  However, his crew taped up all the doors to the rooms not being worked on and with the AC turned off at the breaker, the amount of dust that got into the other rooms was minimal. 



Thursday through the following Friday (excluding the weekend), the tile was laid grouted and cleaned.  On Saturday, the baseboards were installed and on Monday, his crew came back to move the furniture back in.  On Tuesday the 22nd,he had a cleaning person come in to dust and clean the areas where work was performed.



Daniel told us up-front to allow 3 days for the furniture and removal with the total job taking 11 to 12 business days.  He was spot on.  The floor is beautiful and his crews are truly artists.



As an addendum, I received quotes from three different providers (I like Daniel, but I also want to make sure I am getting a reasonable price).  There was one low-ball which I dismissed and he was right in line with another very highly rated Angie's List provider.  having used Daniel in the past, it was no contest.  I highly recommend him for all flooring needs and bathroom remodeling.  His crews are the neatest and cleanest I have ever come across.

It went very went beyond our expectation. form the start to finish they have been very professional and honest.
We called Daniel one morning and he sent his sale rep with in 2 hours, he measured and then we drove to Daniel's showroom and was greeted well and given proper attention, time and education.
After looking at all laminates we were not sure which one to go with and i was about to leave.  Daniel offered us to take samples with us home and told us that we don't have to drive back to showroom ( and one of his rep will be them up from our house) which is about 45 min drive from our Boca house to his showroom in Ft. Lauderdale.
When we brought home sample within a minute we knew what we wanted to have it in our house. good advise form him to take samples home.
Anyway project started on time on scheduled day and workers Danis and Brandon were very knowledgeable and performed a fabulous job.
Last day Danis called me while i was at work and informed that there are about 5 boxes short. I asked we did order 10% extra as per their measurement.. Anyway one of Daniel guy picked up extra boxes from warehouse and dropped at our house next morning to complete installation.
After the project is completed Daniel called to get remaining balance and he said since the wrong measurement was our mistake and i will not charges you for those extra 5 boxes ( which was about $300 cost ) he said i am the man of my words and just pay the remaining balance as we discussed.
In my opinion he is very honest and professional and can be trusted.
His material and labor cost is very competitive even if you thinking to buy material online.

Went as promised, 5 days in and out!

This is the second time we worked with Daniel's Flooring. They are excellent professionals, like always on time with all the dates (start and finish). Adrian did an excellent job installing the tile. Everybody that visited us said that the house looks great, perfect job!!!! The guy who install the baseboard (sorry I don't remember his name) did a great job and helped us with some details. They finished the job and everything was clean, they removed all debris. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called Daniel on Wednesday, the day prior I received my service, and he responded quickly with a quote and news that he had the flooring to match.  He sent Justin the following day, Thursday, to install the wood flooring molds.  Justin was prompt and thorough.  Overall, a great job!
