After agreeing to the project and making an 80% deposit, I was assured that the work would be completed promptly. However, 10 months have passed, and the project has still not even begun. Despite multiple follow-ups, l've received nothing but vague promises and excuses. Now they even stop answering my calls. It's disappointing to be in this situation, especially when the upfront payment was significant. The lack of communication and the delays are not only unprofessional but also incredibly stressful. At this point, I'm questioning whether the company has any intention of fulfilling their end of the agreement. Be careful with this company, the upfront deposit seems like a red flag, just take a look at the broward county court records and the complaints on the BBB website. They have now deleted their account on google business because of all the bad reviews recently. And the 5 stars reviews here are fake they were posted the same day which seems sketchy.

Hired CIS earlier this year but wanted to give the fence some time up before leaving a review. Can safely say I recommend this company. They got through the headache of permitting easily enough, once that was approved my fence was put within the next few weeks. Past inspection on the first go, and even came back out to after inspection to adjust the gate a bit. Michael was great to work with, as well the team at CIS. And after working with them I felt like they really did care about my project, for I had some discrepancies in the beginning that we addressed and was mediated. Thanks again guys, will be reaching out soon for a friend.

I was very happy with Jonathan and Gustavo and how they were able to bring my project to life. I initially asked them to build a carport for me so I can work on my car without the sun beaming on me, but also orient with the house so it doesnt look awkward. Not only did they exceed my expectations but they didnt miss a single detail of how I told them I wanted it done. These guys take their time to hear what you want done and even pitch ideas that you wouldnt even think of. I 100% recommend them and will be using them again for my future projects.

Hired in 2023 to install a PVC and paid 80% of the project cost. Still no signs of the work starting or any good reason as to why this has taken over a year. Like other customers of theirs, I have resorted to hiring an attorney. Buyer beware, they will hook you in with a low quote, take your money, and run.
