"Anne had a Homeowner Association she chooses from the color scheme they had available normally the customer does not request samples because they can see from the selection the association normally lays out for them. We typically provide samples when there is no association involved and the customer is free to choose from the broad array of colors this helps them to test the color on the wall and make a final decision. We don't have a problem providing a sample in either case so feel free to let us know and we will be happy to provide a sample."

"I have tried to contact Lorraine in regards to her allegations I find her comments offensive. We are a reputable company and stand behind our work. When we completed the Exterior painting job in November of 2018 and did our final walk thru Lorraine was happy with our work and paid in full she never mentioned any mistakes or had any doubts that we painted three coats of paint. She contacted us once in April 2019 saying that there was a problem with some of the work and wanted an additional bathroom painted. We agreed to doing the work and correcting any issue however, we were a bit behind schedule and she said she did not mind waiting. We apologize that we have not been able to complete her job yet not because its a small job but because we have had unexpected delays due to weather conditions and have other jobs on schedule before we can get to hers."

"We normally do check with the customer at the end of the job once the walkthrough has been completed. We were informed by our team that the homeowner was happy, so we knew that the job was completed properly. Nevertheless, we understand and appreciate the feedback and will take that into consideration in the future."
