Description of Work: They tried to service our old Coleman air conditioner but parts were not available. Coleman has very poor service and our Coleman air conditioner has been nothing but trouble. B Cool then advised us on several top air conditioner brands, we selected one and they promptly installed it. They were great.

Description of Work: My old air conditioner broke down so I called B Cool to fix it. they came right out, had a look and told me what parts were needed. The problem was that the parts were hard to find and the cost was more than I wanted to spend on an old air conditioner. After shopping around I called B Cool for a price on a new air conditioner. They gave me a competitive price and was quick to install the new air conditioner. Their service, prices and staff were all great.
