It was okay. It wasn't what I expected. I paid for a deal and then next time I knew, it turned into something, more than I expected. I didn't care for their business practices. They told me about some other lock. They didn't make it clear. The gentleman didn't speak very clear English and I looked at it as a misunderstanding but I really didn't care for their business practice. It costed me way more than the $35 I had already paid. The prices they quoted was a misrepresentation of what I thought. They need to make sure that they fully understand the prices. They will offer you to do other things for you and all I wanted to do was a lock changed. They were fast talking and it wasn't very clear. They need to explain it to you, show it to you and write it so you can decide at best the money that you're willing to have to pay. They responded in a timely fashion. They did arrive at the time they said they would.

Danny was very responsive to my call, was able to get to the house in a couple of hours and did a very neat professional job. I do not live near the property anymore and he was able to meet my requests to send me the receipt. If you need a locksmith call Danny.

Patio door locked and could not be opened. He was able to repair the damage and installed a new and improved lock.

After calling Danny, he arrived at my location in 20 min. He was very professional and quickly replaced my broken lock. Would recommend and if I ever have a lock issue again will call being for his service.
