He gave me a run down on how my unit was doing and when asked about installing a UV light he gave me straight forward answers on how it would benefit us and the pro’s of having one. The unit was old and it finally gave out. They were able to replace it. Took longer than expected (1 week due to Labor day weekend) but it all works great.

I scheduled a maintenance but turns out my motor needed to be replaced. Steve was great ... extremely professional and helpful in explaining what had happened (heating unit was shot and blew the motor) - he also suggested signing up for the regular maintenance plan allowing for discounts in the future. I've been using AMI since they installed our AC unit 5 years ago and continue to be pleased with their service.

This is my second review. I gave them an "A" five years ago and nothing has changed. Still a great company with great service by both the service techs and the office staff. Which means that management also has their act together.

AMI was recommended by a friend and we were impressed after meeting with Corey. The problem we had was with the installer who complained about the job and did such a poor job with the install that AMI had to send someone else out to fix the problems before our inspection. It was also discovered that the wiring for the heating element was too small so we had to hire an electrician to fix that. To their credit the people that AMI sent out to fix what the original installer had done were great and they reimbursed us for the electrical work that was overlooked.

Service and personnel absolutely outstanding! I would recommend them for any air conditioning needs.

Installed new Carrier 3.5 ton condenser and 4 ton air handler (fan coil) units. Our old air handler was 3.5 tons. Because the new fan coil was larger, they had to break down the old air return box underneath it in the garage and rebuild a new one. The new one was made of sheet metal, and they did a good job installing it. The only thing that was unexpected was that the air ducts for our house are now maxed out at how much air flow they can take with the new unit, even with the lowest fan motor speed. Did not realize that our duct work was limited in the amount of airflow. Because of this, it might have been better to get a 3.5 ton fan coil unit, however, the efficiency for 3.5 ton unit is not as good. For the month of August our FPL bill was 30% less than last year with the same average temperature.

AMI is a fantastic company! They diagnosed the problem with our AC immediately and gave us several different options to choose from on how to fix our issue. We ended up having them install a brand new unit and also add a second unit and the duct work. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Not to mention, every single person we dealt with in the company was extremely nice and helpful. They were on top of all the paperwork for the permit, kept in touch with us and were always on time. We would recommend them 100% to anyone needing air conditioning services.
