Good. Problem solved. They've also handled an array of issues at some of the other homes I've owned. Nice people. I also appreciate that they listen to my concerns about toxic chemicals. They are very respectful of that and always go over my options and tell me exactly that they'll be doing and with what chemicals. I also like they really try to pinpoint the source of the issue and they do not use fear tactics---so many other companies do. They tell it like it is, and they give you options. Pricing is reasonable. Sometimes you need to follow-up with a second phone call to get them to come out, but not too often. They're a family-owned business and they get busy at certain times of the year, and I get that. Overall, I've been happy with their service.

The did not manage to kill the pests. The do not respond to my calls for service.

Excellent!  Miles, the owner, quickly responded to my initial call of inquiry.  I found him to be knowledgeable and professional and willing to take the time to answer my questions.  Getting an estimate was easy to schedule and he provided a detailed written estimate.  He promptly showed up on the scheduled day, calling me ahead of time to let me know when I could expect him.  Miles exceeded my expectations.  Nice to find someone you can trust, takes pride in what they do, cares about the customer and delivers what they promised.

OUTSTANDING!! From the estimate to the next day service, I was extremely impressed by the knowledge and level of service from this company. They totally drenched my yard in reference to a flea and ant problem. Their technicians were very friendly and meticulous. The cost was very good also. Thanks guys!!

Miles could not have been more accommodating.   He put my mind at ease and explained everything that he was doing to check for infestation.  Fortunately, it was a mild case that could be eliminated with a few service calls.   Miles offered several options without pushing the most expensive.   Because there were only a few ticks spotted, I decided to go with 2 service calls.  Both were arranged and he showed up right on time.   He even called in a few days to see if everything was going well.   After the 2nd time, he called in a week to make sure I was still satisfied with the results.   I have decided to continue using Mile's company for all of my extermination needs in the future.

After coming out to do an inspection and provide a quote, we contracted with Allied Pest Management to treat our home.  The price was competitive and we were pleased with their knowledge and plan of attack to get rid of the small ghost ants in our home.  They came out for the first service yesterday and we already see significantly less ants.  Hopefully the numbers disappear.  we selected a contract for every other month service, which they thought would be the right frequency to keep vermin at bay.

During our first year in this house, we had used another (big name) pest control company, but we were tired of having to call them back over and over due to seeing ants between regularly scheduled visits. Who cares if the re-visits are no charge on a service contract? All we wanted was for these pests to be gone!
We called about 5 different companies for evaluation and estimate on an ant problem we were having. Out of the 5, only 2 actually showed up to do evaluation, the rest asked about our situation over the phone and quoted based on that alone. Miles came by with Mike and walked the entire perimeter of our home (other company just sat in our dining room and gave us their pitch). Miles was incredibly detailed in letting us know, not just what was going on, but also why we kept having to ask for re-visits and how they (Allied) would be handling it. 
When Miles initially stopped by, only my wife was home. I was leaning towards the other company that came by (I was there for that visit and their estimate was lower), but my wife told me that I had to hear what Miles had to say. Turns out that, unlike the other company, Allied's description of the work that was to be done made much more sense, since it would aggressively deal with the cause of the problem and reoccurrence, instead of a "just call us back in between regularly scheduled visits, if you see anything," which is what the other company had to offer.
Talk about thorough! The entire perimeter of our home was treated, all around the foundation, under pavers, in between the ones in our driveway, everything! The dead and nearly dead ants keep on coming, but we don't mind having to pull out the dust-buster every single day to clean them off the floors. Just as Miles said, the few that we kept seeing around are now being joined by the ones that we weren't seeing, only now they're showing up dead or nearly dead (big-headed ants with an even bigger headache!).
We are very happy with the service performed by Allied and we will be telling all our neighbors about them. Don't bother with the big name companies. All you're paying for is their flashy advertisements on TV. Allied is on point! Thank you, Miles!

I called Allied Pest Management as we had ants and other garden pests ( scales and white flies form a neighbors tree) It was easy to make an appointment they came punctually both for the estimate and for the treatment. They came again two weeks later for a check up and extra treatment. I have signed up with them for a bimonthly service, the fee was reasonable. Knowledgeable staff and professional.

Miles (the owner) and Vinny (our technician) have been our contacts at Allied Pest Management since we began using their services one year ago after buying our home.  Allied Pest Management is customer friendly, easy to schedule and work with, and punctual.  They took care of calling us when it was time for our recurring service so that we didn't have to remember ourselves, and were understanding of the flexibility we needed in scheduling their visit.  They are generally just a good, reliable company to work with.  We used their recurring service, and roaches and ants were kept under control.  We stopped their service briefly, and the bug problem came back. We called to start service again, and they were totally accommodating.  I would recommend them to others and will continue to use their pest management services in the future.

I have used this company twice.  Both times they eliminated the pests, which then did not return for months -- over a year in each case..  Technicians were very competent, couteous, knowledgeable and professional.

They came and found out I had something called big headed ants.  Had to treanch around the house to put the chemicals.  Came back a second time to check the progress.  Very profesional, came on time, and explained everything.

They have been doing my house for years.  It is kind of an a when I need them basis.  They will come and spray the lawn for me also.  The cost depends on what they are doing.  They have been around for a long time and they know what they are doing.  I will continue to use them in the future. 

Very good, prompt service and response to quote request.  Inspected home and gave great general information on the area around the home that would cause pests to enter and were very helpful to any issues we have had.

Overall, everything has been excellent with this company. They were very responsive and easy to deal with. They really went above and beyond to do everything they could for me. They are a very professional and trustworthy. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have used this company twice, and the first treatment was so effective that I did not need to call them again for two years. This year I added flea control for the yard because of new flea problem.Technicians very responsible and effective. 

I think that they were fine and their price was okay. We haven?t had any issues with termites till now.
