We hired them after they did the inspection of the house we were buying. First impression was good but after we signed contract everything changed. They started working without even applying for permits, performed illegal work, performed work not according to code, failed to pay subcontractors , used unlicensed subcontractors and finally misapplied funds . We are short of over 75k and are going after them now.
