Above All Sprinklers

I had used Above All Sprinklers in the past and was quite impressed with the Owner professionalism and customer service, however, sadly I can't say the same for my recent experience. The person who came out to service my sprinklers was ok and he did say perhaps I should have my gardener cut the grass down around 2 sprinkler heads. My mistake was not going outside to examine the work before paying. Two days later I turned on the sprinklers and discovered that the grass was not the problem but that the sprinklers in that area were not spraying out far enough to reach some areas; consequently, I called the Owner and voiced my concerns. He was very dismissive and tried to tell me maybe they got clogged again. I was truly flabbergasted and told him it was only 2 days and I inquired about the warranty only to be dismissed in an unceremonious manner. I still cannot believe it is the same company I dealt with in the past.
