Had a TERRIBLE experience in Tampa, FL. After a pleasant onboarding, we paid for 3 cleaning sessions that ended up being absolute disasters before firing them. We had personally deep cleaned the house before starting with them, so the first cleaning was a freebee while we gave them the walkthrough and instructions. Second cleaning, I am not sure how much they did however, it seems acceptable. The third cleaning***** left everything dirty/filthy, didn't wipe the counters or change the the sponge, didn't refill any products or put out new toilet paper. Luckly I have a smart lock and noticed the unlock/lock times seemed off so I sent over a family member to inspect the day before the next guest arrived. This service defended the maid by sending me a fake video of the clean job, which I immediately knew wasn't real because ALL THE LIGHTS HAD BEEN LEFT ON IN THE HOUSE and in the video they were off -- they eventually admitted. No vacuuming had been done, there were stains on every bath mat, our refill sugar jar was sitting OPEN in our supply closet. I told them they need to address the issue, they sent out the same maid who fK**d it all up to fix her work. Then they asked us to be quality control to make sure the job was finished. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. It seemed like we marginally recovered, however after the next guest left, we found out that some of the towels were dirty when they arrived, cleaning under the beds hadn't been done, and here is the kicker... they put permanent scratches in our bathroom shower glass. I WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS HIRE THESE PEOPLE, BE WARNED.

My wife and I own a town home in Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, FL. After meeting John, the owner in April 2018, we were convinced we could manage the property ourselves and entrust cleaning and onsite service to Vacation Home Help. The most important quality to us was that our property would be clean and ready for our guest's arrival. Vacation Home Help has never let us down. We have had many guests in their reviews on HomeAway comment on the cleanliness of our home. So we have been thrilled with the cleaning crew John has been providing. It is nice not worrying about the property being nice and clean for guests. Vacation Home Help is very timely on our turnaround days by getting in when guests leave at 10 AM and having it ready for check in at 4 PM. Being in New Mexico, we have had to rely on John taking care of items that we could not, like recommending plumbers and AC service people (very good companies that come out quickly and reasonable prices as well). He also has had to go pick up and replace a TV that quit working while guests were in our property. John's prices are very reasonable as well. I am very glad we discovered Vacation Home Help and the owner, John. I recommended Vacation Home Help to another owner I met while visiting our property who was unhappy with his cleaners.

John and Yaya do a phenomenal job out of the few property managers that I have worked with their team is the best I have ever had the pleasure o f doing business with. They keep the homes nice and sparkling clean. They are quick to report any issues whether it be guest related or post checkout. But the best part are John and Yaya I rest very easy at night knowing that my property is being taken care of in good hands by them and their team

Vacation home help have done a fantastic job cleaning our short-term rental, Zuleika in particular. They also go out of the way to document if anything was damaged or stolen and help with getting any extra supplies or fixing anything that is broken. We highly recommend.

Anyone who owns a vacation rental property knows that cleanliness is far & away the key to your success or failure.  Seems like a simple thing - lots of people are good cleaners.  True, but very few actually understand the business and the demands involved in reaching for perfection for that 5 star guest rating.  That's where Vacation Home Help has found a niche.  They don't do residential cleaning - the client needs are different, and frankly - easier.  Cleaning for vacation rental owners is tough...especially for owners like me who are involved and demanding!  My relationship with VHH started out with a few bumps. Along the way, John did everything in his power to turn me around and deliver 5 star service!  He has been responsive and accommodating, and is dedicated to providing excellent service.  Yalaine, my primary cleaner. is the best!  She is extremely detail oriented, thorough and really understands the experience we try to deliver for our guests.  She is a very important part of that experience, and we really miss her if she's not available! She's my eyes & ears, and reports any issues back to John, who immediately tells me.  It's truly a winning team.  I've only been with VHH a few months, but have received nothing less than 5 stars from each guest who stayed with us.  I recommend them highly and have proudly referred them to other owners - although they can NOT have Yalaine!!  

John’s team is awesome! My husband and I are newer to short term rentals. We have owned our vacation rental for a year now and have been with John since January. They provide great cleaning services and amazing guidance. Whenever we have had an issue, they are quick to respond and guide us in the right direction to find a solution that works for both us and our guests. I always feel that they truly care about our experience and helping us to have a thriving business.

Vacation Home Help is a great company. The owner John is incredibly responsive. You would not believe the lengths he will go to help with your property. If you've run businesses in Florida for any length of time, you know you have to deal with lots of knuckleheads and transient people when looking for companies to hire. To find a reliable vendor like this in Orlando is a huge help and frankly not easy to find.

They take care of numerous vacation rental home properties however, John and his team never make me feel forgotten. Whenever, I call John or a member of his team is happy to help me and my guests if they have any issues or concerns. Additionally, they maintain your home and take care of it as if it were there's.
