The care of the lawn was okay, although they managed to kill some of our grass by cutting the edges too short and they overpruned many bushes. Our problem with them was with billing. Bills would arrive haphazardly and late. Sometimes we would receive two bills at the same time for work done months earlier. We ended service with them at the same time they were stopping service in our area. We had never signed a contract with them. Months after they last cared for our lawn, we received a bogus bill for a "finance charge" on a bill from 8 months earlier. Neither had the bill been paid late nor had we signed any contract or received a notice about potential finance charges. I could not reach them by phone. I finally sent a check for what was a relatively small amount in order to avoid this crummy company causing credit problems for us. Good riddance!
