Another HVAC company did a poor job of maintenance on my unit.  Their work may have contributed to the failure of the system. They had quoted me a higher than necessary price with no alternatives of scheduling replacement.
RAM-Z was recommended by one of my neighbors.  They came in, cleaned up the mess the other company left and kept the system going until I could schedule repairs.  They were sensitive to the fact that dates for the change over and Building Inspector were limited.  They met all my expectations and did so a price lower than the quote from the previous HVAC contractor.

They were awesome. They looked, diagnosed the issue and figured out what was wrong. They have the knowledge. They were very honest and up front. They identified that it was just the capacitors that needed to be replaced. Our air conditioning is running. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and very nice. Their supervisor came in to check.

Ram-Z has been our AC/Heating service provider for a number of years, and we had the opportunity to work with them when they replaced our AC/Heating unit in a house we just purchased. They did a great job, covered the carpets to work, scheduled work in an efficient way, had friendly workers and a reasonable price. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured I understood the new system before they left.
