"Thank you for your great review we completely discuss the price with you before we started .i'm sorry I $39 driveway special as stated in the ad his driveway only when you add extra areas there's a cost to that I'm sorry that it was more than you expected but you gave us the OK to do the job we could've just done the driveway like your purchase"

"Wow this customer is an absolute joke. He had demands of when he wanted his job done only on Mondays we don't operate that way like explain to him from day one we schedule by areas at the deal that they're getting on this Angie's list price we have to do multiple deals in an area to make it work he said he was fine with that. As for the price for the extra areas it was explained to him completely by phone that it's $.25 per square foot I'm sorry that he had that much square footage that it added up to be more then with the driveway special at only $39 . I was very clear timer for the begetting at any point in time he could've canceled and got his money back from Angie's list I knew this would've been a problem and I should've denied his service next time I'll be more smarter in the future."

"Once again I apologize that we cleaned your neighbors driveway due to our GPS taking us there. I'm surprised that you gave us a B on the $39 driveway special when we gave you $50 worth of free cleaning. Reviews are very important they identify a good businesses I think we went above and beyond to rectify the situation and we were very responsive to set up the appointment and get out there as quickly as possible."

"Wow I have been told by Angie's list that you can't make everyone happy and they were right .Lets get to why she's not a happy costumer number one she need her sidewalks cleaned and she didn't want to pay extra that made her mad. Second she had two large oil stains and when we explained that it would be extra and take two days to remove she was not happy. When we remove oil we pressure clean first then spray a chemical let it sink in over 24 hrs come back with 220 degree hot water removing most of the stain sometimes all of it I'm sorry that is not included in a $39 driveway special. The bonus as stated in her ad was the garage door cleaning .The time it took to do the job we apologize we are fast it took 20 mins not 15 and with two state of the art 4000 psi 8gl per minute Machines and two men that's how long it takes .We clean 10 to 15 driveways a day with over 2000 satisfied customers we only do it one way and that is the right way .In closing we were very pleasant and did a professional job in a timely manner she was extremely rude and would not sit and talk with us for two seconds to explain why she wasn't happy with the job other than it took us way too fast to do it .We would like to let our future customers know that we take a lot of pride in the quality of product we provide and that we are extremely fast this does not diminish the quality of job we do we have spent a lot of time getting educated and a lot of money buying the right equipment to allow us to be able to perform this craft in a very fast manner."

We also have to book more than one job in your area which we explain to you to be able to honor such a great deal that we're doing with Angie's list"

"I'm extremely surprised on this rating from this customer. No plants for harmed when we cleaning her roof and I know this because she didn't have many plants to begin with and we came back to her house two weeks after cleaning her roof to tuch up paint on her fence if there's any problems at that time should have notified that and we would have taken care of it immediately. even now a year later if we killed any plants which is very rare we will replace them. She even mention to us that she doesn't care about her plants in fact she remove 100% of them from her backyard because of the fear of lizards. We did not fill up our tank at our home we come to a house we already come with a hundred fifty gallons of water to begin with all we had it was another hundred fifty gallons keep in mind water cost about a dollar 92 per thousand gallons. We are very clear from the beginning how many coats she will be receiving on her fence at the price that we quoted. she asked for a semi-transparent stain on the interior fence if we put more stain it would become solid. we offered to add more coats of stain at and additional cost and she decided she didn't want to pay any more money.also the reason why she's not showing the cost of a complete job because it was such an unbelievable deal . fortunately we had stain in our garage at an extremely deep discount that is why we're able to give her the deal of a lifetime. when she want to add more stain we explained to her that you have to pay full cost for the stain because we do not have any more in storage at that price. Her fence was extremely large .When we left her home she was satisfied with the job I'm surprised a year later she's leaving a negative review. in her neighborhood we service over 10 homes including her neighbor. I guess some people no matter what you do you cannot satisfy"
