Forex Pest Detection and Elimination

Justin and Forex pest are awesome! They are a breath of fresh air in an industry ripe with bad sales people, and worse business practices. Forex isolated and trapped a rat that was in my attic, and repeatedly came back to make sure everything was in order. Mr. Bloom is experienced but appears to believe that this then entitles him to to provide pronouncements instead of suggestions regarding methods of treatment. He discovered a two foot area on a base board, surrounded by a concrete wall to have termite activity. He then announced to me and the prospective buyer that the entire outside porch area should be treated as well as the small baseboard area, even though there was no evidence of termite activity there. ( I also have a termite bond.) he does not make suggestions, offering various options. Mr. Bloom simply identifies the most expensive way to proceed. Mr. Bloom was disparaging about my termite company, stating that they did not offer a repair option with their bond. He confidently indicated that this is substandard. I explained to Mr. Bloom, that the repair option in a bond adds an extra annual cost that some of us may not want. I would prefer to repair myself, any issues that come up, which should be few with a bond. He then reluctantly agreed that “it could be approached like that.” I think though that the most offensive part of my experience with Mr. Bloom was his disrespect towards me, as a woman. He repeatedly referred to the prospective buyer as “ Mr. ...” and to me only by my first name. He also barked loudly from other rooms when he wanted my attention instead of coming to me. I think Mr. Bloom needs to realize that this is the 21st century and his sexism is inappropriate.
