I believe that establishing a relationship with a local florist is better than using a national service. I discovered Flower Power two years ago and have been using them regularly ever since. I've ordered via phone, their website and their app. It is very easy to give them special instructions. They will work with you to meet your needs. Once, when my girlfriend was having a really bad day, they even made a special trip to get her flowers the same day, even though my call had come in after the last delivery of the day. I recommend them highly.
