Floor It Flooring & Renovations has a an undeniable sense of what great customer service should be like. Other companies that we interviewed were not as precise nor as organized in their approach to our proposed projects. Not many companies out there these days guide you thru every step of your project from beginning to end. Floor It offers you suggestions to improve on your ideas and allows you to feel as stress free as possible. When you first walk into the store you are greeted by Amanda who listens to your ideas about what you have in mind. Our projects were a total renovation of the master bath and a semi renovation for the guest bathroom. Our appointment came and that is where we met Ted. Ted spoke with clarity, gave us an estimated timeline for our project and answered all of our questions. He even gave us his cell so that if we needed to address further concerns we could reach him even over the weekend. The following Monday we had an estimate of what our project would cost. It was in the neighborhood of what we had budgeted. Next appointment was once again at the store. Here we had fun choosing materials from tile choices to cabinet styles. While the actual store isn’t huge like the big box stores the selection was impressive for a local business. Once we picked floor and wall tiles, mosaics, cabinet colors and styles, we took our choices home to look at them in our surroundings over the weekend. After finalizing our choices and going over a few details we signed the contract. As per contract 50% deposit was required. Well we were in and in 3 weeks the project would begin. Finally demo day had arrived! We felt like an episode on HGTV lol!! Mark and Ted came early and right on schedule. Tarps went up to protect our floors throughout our home. Once demo was done and cleared, seeing a blank slate was interesting to say the least. Our master bath foot print did change. Shower would be flipped to where the garden tub was and the old shower would become a large walk in linen closet. Once demo was done came the tiling guru’s Herman and Marcelo. These guys were like artist in their approach to laying tile. They asked questions on tile positioning, gave us suggestions on how the mosaic tile would look if it were placed here vs there. Another member of the team was Luis. He is the drywall expert. He came in did his job, answered our questions. Once done we started seeing walls and how the project was coming into total focus. You could see the layout of the new closet, where the new light fixtures would be. Next came the painter of the Floor It team. Isidoro, did an excellent job. He kept the areas inside and outside of our home clean. Had a great sense of humor even though the Florida rains delayed his work. As the project hit a snag, just like the shows on HGTV, lol Mark and Ted still worked getting the electrical, plumping and tech toys installed. Our bathroom would be beautiful, innovative and high tech. Our counter tops were installed and then we were in the home stretch! Mark and Ted worked endlessly to stay on schedule and we totally appreciated their efforts. The things that we would use on a day to day basis were next, over the counter cabinet, ceiling fan, lighted message shower panel, Bluetooth vent fan, Alexa, LED light strips for under cabinet, (went up after a conversation/suggestion I had with Mark) hardware fixtures for towels, mirrors, etc. Finally both bathrooms were done! What an experience! We can tell you that we were certainly THRILLED with the end results! Mark, Ted, Amanda, and the rest of the team were an exceptional and talented team. We can’t say enough of how well we were treated, and how well our home was cared for during the renovation project. Thank you, thank you guys for our gorgeous and functional bathrooms!! We certainly and whole heartedly recommend Floor It Flooring & Renovations to our friends and family. We look forward to the next major renovation, the heart of our home, “the kitchen”!

After contacting other companies which quoted us outrageous amounts or never gave us a clear quote, I contacted Floor it after a friend recommended them to us. . Amanda was very helpful since the first phone call all the way to the last. Mark came in, find out what we wanted, took measurements and a few days later gave me a very detailed quote with everything that was included so no surprises there (which I so much appreciate because I hate surprises like hidden fees or last minute "oh that was not included, or that is extra" etc) The very reasonable price included everything labor related as I had already purchase the tile somewhere else. The crew showed up early in the morning and they started moving the furniture and covering everything with plastic to contain the dust as much as possible. They started removing the old tile and I was bracing for lots of dust but to my surprise it was really minimal. As they removed the tile, then the carpet and laminate, they were constantly cleaning the area of dust and debris. At the end of each day they disposed of all the waste so we didn't have to worry about that. After all the old flooring was removed they start leveling and preparing the floor for the new tiles. They did a beautiful job installing the tile and the grout, my home looks amazing. Amanda, Mark, Ted, Herman G and crew are great, honest and hard working people and in my experience, their customer service before, during and after the installation was outstanding. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely hire them again.

They arrived on time.  Did three rooms in one day. They were courteous and professional. The gave good care to moving the furniture. Cleaned up after. They finished in one day.

We had been talking about replacing the tiles in our kitchen floor for a while, and I noticed the Floor It showroom was located near our house.  We stopped in one morning, and looked at the materials they had in the show room.  They offered us 2 or 3 samples to take home.  After looking at the product in our house's lighting, we called back, and Amanda came out to take measurements of our space.  After the measurements were done, we had a quote by email 2 days later.  We chose the tile, and agreed to start the project.
The installers from Floor It were wonderful.  They showed up on time, and immediately started taping off our kitchen/den from the rest of the house, to try and prevent dust.  They worked quickly, and had the old flooring out by around 2pm on the first day.  They also were able to save a few spare tiles for us, as we have the same tile in our foyer, and didn't have any spares.  
After the removal of the old tile, they swept up, and started with the laying of the new floor.  All told, they had about half of the tile laid by the end of the first day.  On the second day, again, they arrived on schedule, and promptly got to work, and finished laying the rest of the tile.  They cut in all the trim pieces and laid those as well.  By the end of the 2nd day, they started work on the grout.  
Day 3 was all grouting and cleanup.
When they were finished, they cleaned up all their materials and debris.  Throughout the process, they were friendly and efficient.  And our new kitchen floor looks amazing. We have received several compliments from friends and family members.
If I ever need flooring done in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Floor It.  Their prices were fair (the total price ended up being about equal to what we were quoted for a lower quality tile from Lowes), and the project was completed a day ahead of schedule.

They were so good.  I liked everything about them.  They were really patient.  They brought tile after tile home.  They worked with me for six months before I finally found one that I liked.  They were so efficient.  They gave me an estimate and they priced it.  They did everything that they said they would.  There were a couple of things that I was not thrilled about afterwards, and they were happy to try and make sure that it was going to work out.  So they did everything well.  We will use their services again in the future.
