We gave them $750 deposit on a job we ultimately did not approve. We contacted Angi about this. They contacted Exquisite Home Design and they said they would have the money to us by Nov 23. Today is Nov 24 and still no refund. They have had our money since late Sept. I would definitely not recommend them.

We had a situation where are ceramic tile just lifted off the floor. Unfortunately, as they lifted off the floor some of the tiles broke. We had the house built in 2009 and didn't think to ask the builder to leave a couple of boxes of extra tile. Our home is 3,400 square feet, which half of it is tiled. After contacting Angi with in minutes I received a text from Samantha Amendola introducing herself and Jeffrey her husband who own and operate Exquisitehomedesign. They came out that evening and evaluated the situation. Because of the amount of the same tile thru out the house we didn't want to change the tile. Unfortunately for us we didn't have any extra tile to work with. After several text, telephone calls, and pictures Samantha came up with a design that worked with adding contrasting tile and the broken tile. Needless to say it came out beautiful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to have work done in their home or business. Thanks Laurie

It went better than I imagined. Everything was done to perfection. They are wonderful people to deal with and their goal is to make you happy. I was very happy with them, and would not hesitate to call them again. Also, if you purchased your own tiles, they will install them. Five other people who called me, would not install the tiles that I purchased. Jeff and Sam were a Godsend!
