About us

Essex management Pool service is a fantastic service that will leave your pool clean and safe. Our Monthly rate is $70, which includes weekly pool and spa clean, chemical water balancing, system maintenance and a monthly deck wash. We currently have a NEW YEAR SPECIAL which is $55 for the first month service, no contract required. Essex management is a small family business dedicated to pleasing our customers. We manage vacation homes for owners from the U.S, Canada and Britain. Our monthly Management fee is $150. We can customise our service to suit you, if you like to make your own bookings that is fine, or we can get bookings for you which require a 10% commision fee.

I currently hold a contract with Essex management Pool Service and I like what they do. They come out once a week. I really like the fact that they stick to the schedule and they make sure that the pool is clean. What happened to me was that one of my tenants had the pool was really high and that would cost me a lot of money so Essex Management called me and told me about it, so if they see that there is something wrong, they will go above and beyond to correct it.
