I found this company through groupon for an A/C cleaning service. - What a joke! I had to contact the company 5 times. 2 by email and 3 by phone before any one called me to set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment I had a 3 hour window 9-12. After 12 I called as no one had shown up or called. The tech called around 12:30 being completely unapologetic and said he would arrive around 1pm. The tech was completely unprofessional, seemed like a young college kid. Walked into the house, dragging his equipment. Showed up looking unkempt, and was not respectful through my home. When I tried to inquire about what was going to happen his response was "Well you bought a groupon right?" I said yes but didn't really understand the process. He pretty much told me he just hooks up this suction to this blue machine and then just lets it run for 20 minutes.... Then he walked outside for 20 minutes. When I asked about him assessing the A/C, he told me it needed to be cleaned but he doesn't do that. I had a plumber there from an A/C and plumbing company at the same time. This kid goes and tells this guy to "write me up" for an A/C cleaning service. I was so completely dissatisfied with this company from my initial experience and especially with the Technician they sent. I do not feel the service provided was valuable either. Shop around before using them and I would suggest a company that offers rotobrushing over this company which seems like a total scam!

A few misunderstandings if we were at home or not was cleared out. The service with a huge vaccuum to clean the ducts was quickly performed at a great price. When checking the A/C-unit mold was found. Removing the mold with paper tissues soaked with anti-bacterial liquid and spraying the liquid into the duct system was done at much higher price.

I thought there would be more to service than just attaching large vacuum machine to 1 duct and closing all others.

Morgan in scheduling was very nice, and set us up with a same-day appointment with the technician. On arrival, the technician, while very nice, immediately began trying to sell us additional services without having addressed the services for which we had already paid. We declined the additional service. He performed the AC vent cleaning without incident. However, the dryer duct cleaning was done in a very haphazard manner with only a single rod into the vent (approximately 4-5 feet.) When I called to complain about the service (the technician had already left) Morgan tried to reach him several times by phone, but he would not answer. Morgan put me in touch with the owner, who immediately placed the blame on another company which he subcontracted out to perform my job. He refused to take ownership of the issue, saying verbatim "They have to fix their own mistakes." When I hired another company to come in to clean the dryer duct, they removed so much more blockage than the original company I hired to do the job. DO NOT HIRE CLEAN AIR FLORIDA.

Bought through Groupon. Contact was very prompt, arrived timely, good communication, great service man with much knowledge, professional, friendly, helpful with questions. Would use again.
