The crew did a wonderful job. The trees look great. All aspects of the service were excellent, estimate, work, and clean up. They arrived at the specified date and time, completed the work quickly and professionally. The clean up was amazing. There was not a twig left on my property. I will definitely be calling them again next year. This is the second time I have used their services. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend.

I'm very pleased. The workers showed up promptly the morning of and the majority of the work was completed faster than I thought possible. The only reason I feel the need to give them a B for punctuality is that the grinder they needed to finish the stump removals had been taken by another crew that morning and it took about 6 hours for them to return to finish. As for cost, I feel I must mention that a trusted friend quoted the same price for only the oak trees, so I feel confident in the value of the service provided.

AMAZING. Steve and his crew were not only highly skilled and efficient but they were so friendly and caring of making sure they did no damage to our property. If there was a 10 star rating I would give them twenty. It was a massive oak tree and took great skill to remove it without crushing our house. These men are my heroes.

Briggs Tree service is extremely professional. Autumn came to my house and provided me with an estimate. I quickly agreed to it, and the work was scheduled for Thursday November 3rd. The crew was here on time, and we able to complete the job in one day. They were courteous, and did their best to not damage my plants. Obviously, a couple bushes were killed by the fronts, but overall I was very impressed. My fence was intact, and they hauled all the debris away. I shouldn't say this, but their quote was very competitive, as another tree service tried to charge me $5000 for the same job, and they claimed that my fence would not be saved.

Autumn arrived for estimate as scheduled. Very friendly and professional. Work accomplished in a timely matter at a fair price. Clean up well done. Will hire them in the Spring for some live oaks that need some care!

Great work & very cooperative.

We were impressed from the estimate to the completion of the work. On the same day that we called, Autumn, the estimator, came on time to look give us an estimate. We were told over the phone that the minimum was $175. Since this involved the removal of a tall palm, this was not an issue. We had a formal quote sent to our email within 24 hours, which included the earliest date they had available for the work to be done. At this point, I knew I was dealing with a group of professionals who knew how to run a business. By gosh, the workmen showed up within the time frame we were given! (This is unusual in Florida.) They came with several pieces of large equipment and immediately set to work. We were impressed that the workmen all wore protective clothing and noise suppressing headphones. They consulted us as far as how much we wanted the palm tree trimmed. But the absolute best part was the clean up. They removed everything: palm trunk and fronds, and ground up the stump. Then they spread it so you couldn't tell there had been a tree there. One worker walked around the yard picking up small pieces of fronds. I think the yard looked better after they were here than it did before they came. After weeks of being jerked around by tree services that never returned calls or never showed up, it was a real pleasure to work with a company that knows how to run a business. We will use them again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

They made inital contact within a few hours of my online request and scheduled an estimate appointment within a week. Mr. Briggs was on-time and gave me a very fair price quote. They did the work today. They were both punctual and very professional. They did more than I expected and cleaned up beautifully. This is one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had.

Better than I expected.   They called just before they came out.    They came out early (I had the day off) so that great.     They trimmed a very large Laurel Oak (raised canopy, reduced weight, remove stubs and large dead/decaying wood.   Great job!!!
Removed 2 dead trees.  Trimmed two others.  Ground down the stump.   All the debris was removed, just as if they were never there (good job cleaning up).

Our recently purchased home had a rotted old barn/shed, a rotted old wood porch, and a termite-eaten diseased tree.  Briggs came in with a professional folder of information for the on-site estimate. On the day of work, they brought a big team and worked hard and consistently until the job was done.  The old shed and porch were pulled down and hauled away with the pieces of the tree after the stump was ground.  The invoice came by email and was easy to pay online.  They did a great job and we will definitely use them again for future tree trimming and removal.

Fantastic!!! I shopped around to compare pricing for this service and they were by far the least expensive. The Estimate came in quickly and I scheduled services right away. I would highly recommend Briggs.

I got estimates from 4 different vendors. These guys are great. Have the right equipment explained everything they were going to do and did more. Will definitely use again.
