They wanted to replace a bunch of parts and charge us $500 for warranty work. We hired another company that found a nick in a wire that was causing a short.

The unit has had problems from year 1 to now in 2019. I have not had AC in 6 months because they won't come out and honor the warranty.

Called APEX Wednesday night. Jonathon came by early Thursday morning and within a few minutes had my AC up and running. Jonathon diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the solution. FAST service at a fair price ...can't do better than that.

Ravi from Apex AC was awesome. He called to verify our appointment the day before. Then on the day of he showed up right on time. He was friendly and listened as I tried to explain what happened. He looked everything over, found the issue and gave me a very fair quote. I didnt need a second quote, I could tell he knows his job and knows his stuff. It was unbelievable how fast he found the problem and fixed it. I swear I thought it was going to take him an hour or two. 20 minuets... if that. Thank you Apex but mostly thank you Ravi. You truly saved the day (and my AC).

Jonathan came out on the service call. I told him that I thought my thermostat was acting up. He checked it, reprogrammed it and it is working fine. I was totally impressed as to how quickly he contacted me. Very pleasant, very professional. Very informative. All is fine now. Very impressed and will definitely use Apex Air when my unit finally expires. I would rate Apex as 5 stars plus, plus. I will recommend Apex to anyone and everyone I know that may have A/C Problems.

They sent unskilled technicians who did not know what they were doing. They broke the fire sprinkler pipe during installation of the air handler into our condo unit and caused flooding entire unit and water damage to 4 other units in our building. Afterward, they havent shown enough courtesy to follow up to complete the job. Took half of down payment of $2500, yet not completing job after more than 2 weeks from the incident. They are facing legal issue at this point.

"Thank you for taking the time to review us. As a home advisor prescreened professional we are fully licensed and Insured contractor, our technicians undergo hours of training every year. Both installing technicians are fully qualified and have installed dozens of AC units and received 5 star reviews. Precautions were taken to prevent the sprinkler head from triggering unfortunately this did not prevent the incident. Our insurance company is investigating the exact cause and subsequent series of events that meant the water supply wasn't shut off for over 40 minutes and subrogating accordingly We apologize sincerely for any undew stress and the"
