We requested an appointment through the Apex website, the call back was very prompt. We were tight on time only being at our vacation home for a short time. Patrick came over and took us through his recommendations and emailed us a few quotes for different units to choose from as we had asked. We decided which unit we wanted to have installed, 3.5 ton Carrier, and within a couple of days 4 guys arrived at 9am to strip out the old unit and install the new one. All very knowledgeable, polite and got the job done by lunch time! We also signed up for an annual tune up service.
