Infectious Diseases
Honestly the person I spoke to was very unprofessional in his literacy when emailing me and texting me. I completely understand with not fully being grammatically correct, but when you refer to me as “u” and “ur” is unacceptable. The products he used were very simplistic ( I could have gone to the local store and bought them myself). It was a single man arriving to the house to wipe surface area and sprayed SIMPLE products. Not to mention what I had to pay for the service they delivered. The company itself seemed very unprofessional. I would not RECOMMEND.

"In defense of myself and my company I'm sorry you feel that way Mrs F. I have been very professional and curtious with you. Also I myself did the Disinfecting because my staff as well as other companies are afraid to enter homes where customers have tested positive for covid19. We use industrial strength chemicals that are used in hospitals and we are careful with chemicals used because some people are allergic to them. Please be grateful for services rendered because I could have easily declined your request."
