Tony, my sales rep, was very professional. There was an installation team for storage racks and a different team for the polyurea floors. The installation team was very good and I would highly recommend them.

I emailed Mr. Almog and sent photos of the damage. He called me back immediately and scheduled for one of his senior guys to come out a take a look. He discovered that one of the wooden trusses inside the ceiling (which had been hidden under the ceiling during the first installation) cracked under the weight of boxes we had been storing. They arranged for the installers to come to our house within the week to re-install the shelving much more securely, patch up our ceiling and repaint -- all at no cost! Mr. Almog and his crew were all extremely courteous and willing to do whatever was needed to correct our issue. I am writing this review because we were stunned and delighted that he was willing to fix the problem two years after the original installation.

He did a good job, the only issue I had was with the garage floor. The contractor he used left the door open and it rained and create bubbles in the floor. They came back and fix it the water spots but if you look close, their is a line between the first and second time.

The owner, Moris Almog, was extremely helpful. He was attentive and walked us through the details to determine exactly what we wanted to do with the remodel. He also dropped by a few times after the installation to check everything and even gave us some free storage supplies. He has a terrific crew - two men who prepare the floor, paint and install all the cabinetry, and two other men who lay the flooring. They were very professional and easy to communicate with. The and quot;Flex Polyureaand quot; flooring is beautiful and easy to maintain but the two-part process of laying it down created very strong odors that circulated through our house for a few days. Keeping the garage well-ventilated on a 24-hour basis while the flooring dries is critical for anyone with a sensitive nose.

We are absolutely delighted with the results. Our garage is beautifully organized, well-lit and welcoming. It makes you want to hang out in the garage, strangely enough. Everything is so much easier to find and access. We still have lots of room to store more items along the walls in our overhead storage area. It's hard to believe how cluttered our garage was before the remodeling.

I called them after hours. I was concerned about the overhead being large enough to store bigger items. He told me not to worry because he will make accommodations. He told me to sleep easy knowing that he would get it done the way I want. They are an excellent company.

I am completely satisfied with the work YGO did for us. From the initial offer and design, going through the cleanup, installation, painting, al the way to finish touchups.

They firstly fixed the cement floor, sealed all the cracks, ground it, leveled it and then moved on to the overheads shelving which turned out beautiful. they were extremely punctual in their measurements and installation skills, they asked when in doubt and provided the best consultation a homeowner can ask for.

Before making the floor they helped us in moving some of our stuff to the attic, they went on the electrical connections, fixed them!! and installed a new socket for the new location to the fridge, al included without extra charge.

the floor came next and gave the overall gorgeous finish to the garage. the installers were as punctual as the others, came on time, did their job and moved on.

Morris the Owner, Carlos and Tony who did the work are extremely pleasant and one can tell they are doing this for a while and not just ad hoc employees somebody picked on the road.

I recommend whole heartedly YGO for any garage work you might need.
