Everything was planned upfront including: design, materials, cost, length of time to do the work. No surprises because all details were discussed beforehand. Crews arrived  at 7am and ended days at 4pm with 1 hour lunch break. Job was completed in 7 days. On schedule as planned.

Contractor performed promptly and beautifully.  Only glitch was the motorized gate was no longer operable because the track was out of level. The gate service provider would not fix track and only wanted to sell expensive new motor.  Albert Sousa instead came back and spent 5 more hours readjusting the track to make the gate work again, saving homeowner a lot of money.

Did a great job! Clean up was complete, power washing all dirt away.

I contacted Sousa Construction in regards to installing a brick paver patio and I spoke with Albert.  We set an appointment to come
to my home and give me an estimate.  The day of our appointment Albert called and confirmed and arrived on time.  We discussed the paver options and size and Albert provided a written estimate as well a catalog of brick paver options for size and color.  Albert explained that the company the makes the brick pavers is located in Medley, FL and we could go to showroom and see the paver options in person.  After we visited the showroom, we contacted Albert and paid the deposit. About three weeks later Albert contacted me to set a date for installation. On the day of installation, Albert and his team arrived at 9am and ready to work. They quickly got to work removing the small concrete step, grass, dirty and sprinklers from the work site. By 4pm, they were complete and my husband and I couldn't be happier.  They left the work site and our backyard clean and removed all of the concrete, grass and dirt from the excavating. Albert and his team were professional and
friendly.  We would definitely hire Sousa Construction for future projects.

It went very well. Albert was very helpful in the design concept, made a great recommendation on pavers, and took care of every detail of the permit process with the city.

The work was done very quickly, with both driveway and patio completed in 3 days, including removal of old concrete from both sites. The finished product looked great and the price was extremely competitive. We would definitely use Albert again.
