Ross Brothers Interior Remodeling and Design

Ross Brothers renovated my kitchen and living room back in 2019. I was pleasantly surprised with the integrity and professionalism of this company. They went and beyond to make sure I was happy with every detail and every time I called them with a question they immediately returned my calls. My kitchen and living room is absolutely perfect and I love it! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent job!

We just finished an entire remodel with Ross Brothers. The entire team was very helpful and we felt like we were truly part of the family. Our home came out better than we could have hoped for. The detail work was incredible and when we host parties all of friends and family marvel at what a beautiful job Ross Brothers did. Thank you!

Well. They covered everything with plastic, scraped, put on a smooth coat of drywall compound, primed, and painted.

Very well, workmen were very professional and cleaned up all areas when they were finished.

The popcorn ceiling removal was very well done and so was the installation of new wood molding. The floor tile installation in our living room, dining area, kitchen and hallway was well done as was the installation of the tile in our guest bath although the contractors left the all tile filled with grout, glue, and other dirt. One of them spilled soda on the newly grouted tile which the company never cleaned or regrouted. The tile in our master bath was installed haphazardly and the pattern was not matched. So in the middle of the floor you see that the pattern was started by one person to the left and one to the right and when they reached the center---the pattern was mismatched!!! The company's attitude was "oh that was a slip up---my bad" They never redid the job nor gave us a credit for the "slip up"!!!! As for the kitchen remodeling---where do I begin: 1) the cabinets are good quality BUT the so called "designer?" had no clue what I was asking him to do. He did a haphazard measurement of the kitchen. I wanted an appliance garage--what he gave me was far from that---he also was told that I wanted a garbage can/ recycling can cabinet but what I was provided with were two very narrow cabinets that fit a waste paper basket in each!!!!! If I had not complained I would have never gotten crown molding to finish off my ceiling height cabinets---I never got a finishing molding at the bottom of the cabinet either. I wanted a cutlery insert in this very large drawer that was designed into the project, but to get it was like pulling teeth!!!! and that was just the design element. 2) It took them ages to figure out how to connect our washer and dryer (my husband had to show the plumber); the wiring was installed incorrectly so that the outlets on one wall did not work when I tried to plug in my coffee maker---it seems, after several electricians tried to remedy the problem and they finally sent in an electrician that knew what he was doing, that the wiring had been done incorrectly and that the so called electrician who originally had wired the kitchen forgot that for an outlet to work it needs a positive and a negative pole---he only installed the positive---the guy they finally sent, who knew what he was doing, marvelled on how any electrician could make that mistake. He had to rewire that side of the kitchen totally!!!!! Ross Brothers seems to be a new company that has very little experience in whole house renovation. They need subs that are a lot of experience and that do BETTER than slipshod work!!! The salesman we dealt with, Jason, was ok but he had very inexperience, unprofessional subs to work with. He would promise us something but couldn't come through because he had no control over the subs!!! I actually felt sorry for the position he was in---most of it was not his fault That being said, he needs to oversee the work of his subs a WHOLE LOT BETTER! Most of the problems were due to the sub's lack of professionalism and competence.

Cannot recommend highly enough. This is a secondary home that my disabled sister lives in so I was really at the mercy of the company we found through our insurance agency. To begin with they handled everything!!! We were not in town so after my sister moved to her in-laws, they came and packed every last thing up in the home from every drawer and closet throughout the home. Then they ripped out carpets, walls, bathroom fixtures etc. They contacted a mold remediator that took care of that problem. Then the work began on the house. We only took one trip to Florida to pick out paint, flooring and fixtures and then left them to finish up. They unpacked everything and the house looks amazing. They held my hand through the entire process and pricing was so incredibly fair and it never deviated even when unexpected issues arose. I felt they treated me like family not just a job. Honestly, couldn't have been more satisfied. Coming from NY, I honestly was expecting this to be a nightmare based on what you read and stories you hear. My husband tends to be a little bit cynical and even he wound up saying how unbelievably professional and honest they were. Anyway...I don't usually do reviews...I expect what I pay for...in this case...I got much more than that. Ross Brothers and Frank Passero, my contractor go above and beyond and actually care about the work they perform. You will not be disappointed...I am not sure how I got so lucky to find them but I also owe a debt of thanks to my insurance agent who knew of them and recommended them to me. So glad I listened. Oh...and since this was partly an insurance job, they even handled that by getting me an insurance mitigator ( I think that is what he is called) so that I would get what my insurance policy entitles me to.

I recently closed on a single family home which needed updating. I was referred by a friend to Ross Brothers.  Ross Brothers strives on providng the best service to its customers.  They are very professional and their prices are reasonable.  Their work is top quality, and they will work with you to make certain that you are satisfied by tne end result. They don't treat differently depending on the size of the job. None is too small to receive the same quality service. James, Oscar and his team were very professional, always available to contact, and easy to work with at all times.  This was my first experience hiring a General Contrator for the multiple projects to update my home, and it has been a real pleasure working with Ross Brothers. They are a serious company and they stand by the quality of their work. I highly recommend them, and will be using their services again once I'm ready to update the bathrooms!
