I called at 9:15am, he was there by 10:15 am, the window was repaired and he was done by 1130 am. No BS, no gimmicks. In, out and at a fair price. Perfect.

Called today, 2/22/16 and they came within the hour....loved that!!
On the contrary, I was quoted over the phone a price of $225.00 plus tax totaling $240, I thought was a bit exorbitant because the size of job that was done...a sm/med sized pane. The entire service took no more than 15 minutes.

I called this morning and Robert came out within 2 hours of my call.  He replaced the glass and 2 rods, took a sample of my tinting to send out to another place that handles replacing film tint.  Window works great!  Highly Recommended!!

Husband and wife team - professional - wonderful!  Jose is the best.  This was a great experience that I had been putting off for too long.

I called them in the am and the crew was out the same day. They measured the door said it was a odd size. Went back to the store got the glass and they were done in an hour or so. Why they get a b instead of an A well price is a big reason $900 and they did show up about an hour later then they said they would be there. All in all VERY professional, nice, accommodating, and the finished product looks great.

MAGNIFICENT!  He came quickly  on very short notice and had the job done in about 10 minutes in a kind and courteous manner!

Our glass door shattered on a Saturday afternoon.  Robert told me that he would be here within an hour and he was here in 45 minutes.  He had what he needed to replace the panel and the repair was done quickly and to our satisfaction.
We were very happy that he made himself available on a Saturday afternoon.

Robert and his partner immediately removed the broken pane, cleaned up the area, and replaced the glass all in under an hour. They were very helpful and the price was great! I highly recommend them. With a short turn-around, I have no complaints at all.

I called. He sent me a quote when he said he would. He came to do an estimate when he said he would. He installed my windows when he said he would. Perfect. Price reasonable.

I called him based on all the positive reviews on Angie's list I was impressed that when I called he said he would come the same day however he gave me an 8 to 12 window and did not show up. When I called him around 3 I think he realized that he forgot about me. When he came he was in a rush and barely took measurements. He called me with a price and assured me he would have it 3 days later. When 10 days went by I called. He called me a few minutes later and told me he had it. We arranged a day and he came on a different day when I was not home. Fortunately my husband was. The glass was not cut to match the table well so it hangs off of the side a little bit. I believe that this is because her rushed through the first visit. He also tried to charge my husband more than what we agreed on. I am not sure what happened to this business as all of the other reviews were so good. Perhaps they are short staffed or going through a management shift but I would not use them again

Called and asked for a quote over the phone to remove mirror from guest room bath. Call was answered immediately and was able to schedule services same day. Arrived shortly after scheduled time, mirror was removed as needed and all debris was cleaned up. Price was just as quoted over the phone. Overall great experience -- would definitely use again in the future.

I called with the measurements of the mirrors to be removed. Robert gave me an estimate over the phone of between $600 to $700 to remove and cart the mirrors away. Even though he was very busy, he was able to squeeze me in that day and completed the job in quickly at the $600 price. He protected my floors and took the mirrors down in large sections. It was amazing to watch Robert performing this dangerous work with skill and confidence. There was no damage to the walls or floors and the mirrors are gone!

I used this company in the past to install glass panels in a wall, so I figured I'd use them to have my shower door adjusted and to have the rubber on the bottom of the door replaced.
They came out the same day which was a plus.
The guys were nice, however they were here under a half hour, adjusted the screws in the master shower and checked my other showers to adjust screws as needed. They replaced the rubber on 2 shower doors.
The shock came when he tried to explain that he was giving us a discount on the service call - and was going to charge me $325 instead of $375 because we were a repeat customer. ARE YOU KIDDING??? There were virtually no supplies - maybe $5 for the rubber flashing. You're telling me he gets $750/hour for a service call? I don't think so. My husband and I explained to him that it was exorbitant so he lowered it to $275 - which is still WAY over priced. Mind you, he was there under 1/2 hour. I paid it, but he has now lost a customer. This is a classic case where the company sees a nice house and decides to charge accordingly. I have glass work I need to have done for a renovation, and my father has work he needs done as well. We will be looking elsewhere for a company who can do the job and not rip us off.

Robert met with my husband twice. First time to look at the window to be replaced. Robert ordered and picked it up.



The second time was to change the window out. My husband said he was very professional,followed through and cleaned up after himself. The only negative was being late by an hour both times and not calling ahead to let him know. Would use him again.

When I called they were able to come immediately but I requested a next day appointment and they agreed. Although he arrived 2 hours late, it wasn't a big deal. They did everything quickly. All trash was removed. No mess. Would definitely use again.

He responded immediately. On Sunday of a 3 day weekend, within 1 hour of my call. He replaced my shattered glass door efficiently, having brought all of the needed parts the first time! All of the broken glass was cleaned up by him. I was so happy with this company

I chose this company because of their ratings and because they are a traveling glass repair company , so they would come to the house. the other company i called needed us to bring the door in. The price quote was approximately the same. They did a good job of installing the mirror door. They seemed a little busy and it took some phone calls to get a time set up---they guy on the truck had a lot to do. But it all worked out.
