Valgal Vacation Rentals

They have cheated us. They signed a contract with us to rent our house out, had guests stay there and refuse to pay us the rental dues. Please do not use their services as they have cheated us out of over $11K. We are small rental property owners who pay our mortgage based on the rental income and in times such as COVID-19, the owner and her company are refusing to pay. Please take your business elsewhere and support people like us.

Consumer BEWARE : Very questionable code of ethics with Valgal.net, Accountability and integrity are critical when it comes to managing properties - I give them a D-. The owner dodges issues as long as possible, or totally ignores them. There were WAY too many unauthorized expenditures and incredibly vague record keeping. Too many fingers in this pot, so easy for property to disappear - their attitude is "oh well". Their priority is expanding their business even though the staff is stretched too thin already. Busy busy ! They have the most self-serving, lame customer care ( ie. Owner care) practices I've ever experienced in my life. Their priority is clearly making money NOT taking care of their owners for whom they manage. Their cleaning crew is great & they keep the property rented but if you are a property owner, you need to watch them closely and INSIST on detailed accountability and recordkeeping , and ONLY preauthorized expenditures allowed. When a company charges 25 % to manage your property, it suggests they are excellent. In my 12 month experience as a property owner under their management, Valgal Vacation Rentals, are FAR from excellent. And unfortunately they never ask for feedback so they can improve or make things right. That is clearly not their focus. Even just plugging in the golden rule would improve this company greatly. In the long run, that would bring in more income and grow their business.. but they don't seem to get that concept. They would have to demonstrate a sincere interest in making changes for me to feel comfortable recommending them.
