"Hello Berge, I feel this is a very unfair review of our service, and reviews like this hurt our business. We were hired to provide a mold testing service, not a home inspection which we do not do. Our service is specific to testing for mold and identifying underlying mold, humidity, and water damage. Upon arrival, we discussed the reasons you suspect you may have airborne mold, as well as the main areas you were concerned about. Based on our discussion I proceeded with the inspection and tested the areas I was instructed to test. In your case, it was a pretty straightforward inspection requiring only 2 inside samples which run for 10 minutes each."
