The pride of ownership and knowledge of rug origins, methods of weaving and age of rugs is superior. I had forgotten what good service was like!! My 5 rugs came back spotless and cat hair free! And the re-installation was perfect. My furniture is heavy. Ron, his wife and team are honestly a pleasure to work with. They come promptly, quote quickly, are easy to reach on the phone. Send progress pictures and are very enthusiastic about their business. A real addition to Miami. I have tried other big name rug cleaners in the past and this company is really a cut above.
