The plumber showed up on time. He told me what the issue was which is why he was there in the first place. I told them on the phone what the issue was. I needed 3 pumps replaced. He said he did not have them on the truck I asked him for a quote and he said he would get me one. I then received a bill via email for $450 for a 1 hour and 15 min call. On his report he left his departure time off. They ended up refunding the two extra hours. Ten days later I finally got the quote after several more calls. It was $2200 to replace 3 existing pumps. I asked for the model numbers for the pumps. They would not give them to me. I spoke with the founder and he was even worse to help fix the issue. He said he did not want to work with me. I know I got a bit sarcastic with him but after waiting 10 days and getting the run around I became sarcastic for good reason. Several issues here that should make anyone leary of working with them.

The company has from customer intake to delivery of services a customer oriented approach. They were the first company who was able to quickly address my concerns and provide the fix. Other companies had me first talk to a receptionist who knew nothing, and would put me on hold while she communicated my concerns to someone else and this caused a long wait; others had a receptionist answer knew nothing about my concerns, but sure knew how to ask for my credit card and make an appointment for something she knew nothing about. Green Team Service has a very good interface of customer service and delivery of services at a reasonable price.

It was excellent. They were wonderful.

I'm really happy with them. When the Green Team came out, he was able to just pinpoint the problem. He fixed it and then he basically pulled the whole unit apart, cleaned it, went upstairs pumping for yarn. They came out on the same day. They said they were going to be there like say 2:00 o'clock. He showed up at 2:00. He is very thorough, very friendly, very professional. I would definitely recommend him. He is trustworthy. That's probably the hardest part of hiring somebody when you don't know what the problem is especially when I was getting a feeling that somebody was trying to rip me off. So, when these guys came out, I didn't say anything about the previous company. I just said, "Look, this is what the problem is. Can you fix it?" The guy was very trustworthy. For me, that's very important. And, they were competitive because the other guys were pretty much charging the same thing. The work that he did, he wasn't trying to rip me off by doing a five minutes of work and then charging me a lot. He had actually put in a lot of effort into making sure the unit was actually fixed.

They were very good. I used them for several years on a commercial account. They do a lot of business with me. I am pretty much in touch with them almost everyday. Not only do they have a reliable and dependable customer service, but they also have good quality work. The cost is reasonable. They are always there when I need them. They typically come out the same day.

I have used them prior to this. They did a good job. He just recommended the water heater for the size of the duplex. I would use them again.
