AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Has anyone ever said that about a roofing project? Within minutes of submitting a request for a roofer on Angi, Maria called me and I explained my situation. I was purchasing my dream home but the inspection revealed that it needed a new roof. I would need to get my roof placed within 60 days of closing, and I would need a contract with a roofer before closing could even occur. Maria told me she could be at the property within two hours and would “fly her drone” over the roof to get me a quote ASAP. She was so instantly professional and before I knew it I had a quote and some very cool photos of my roof. The price was spot on and we chose this family run business to take care of our baby. The roof came out AMAZING and we also hired Colonial to do our gutters!! Our neighbors keep walking by telling us how great everything looks and they couldn’t believe how efficient the workers were. Maria is AMAZING and soooooo PROFESSIONAL!! A++++ Work!!!!

Moreover, they provided us with a 10% military discount on top of the already most competitive pricing in the market. Their team showed up on time and conducted the repair with the upmost professionalism and care. I would "Highly" recommend this organization and would definitely hire again.

Andy came the same day that I put the job on Home Advisor. He took pictures of the different issues and explained what he would do. We chose the date to have the job done. He was free to do it sooner so he called and asked if it would be ok. He showed up on time and was efficient. I will call Andy/Colonial after we have the roof tile cleaned next year. We would definitely refer them to anyone that has cracked, shattered or sliding roof tile.

Best price! They thoroughly prepared the flat roof before applying silicone coating. The owner (Navy Bob) and Richard did the job and gave me a certificate for my insurance company upon completion.

Great value for the work performed. They consciensciously scraped and prepped the old coating prior to rolling on a new silicone coating. The owner himself and one helper did the work. They were substantially less expensive than competing proposals. After the job they gave me certification form to submit to my insurance company in order to qualify for renewal of the insurance.
