hardwood floor
+ -1 moreHe arrived on time and measured the rooms for hardwood flooring. I could tell right away that it was not going to go well. I asked for a price on both standard & custom installation. He said he was ?only there to measure? and that I needed to take that up with the guy in the store. But when I asked the sales person in the store, he said, tell that to the guy when he comes to your house. In the store I was given the sq. ft. price for installation. When I got the written estimate, the instillation was quoted 40% higher and the room measurement came out 25% higher then actual.. I called to speak the mgr about these very large discrepancies. He said he would not do anything about it. He was rude and condescending. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
