What a rarity in South Florida to find a service provider who returns calls, provides estimates which do not change, comes on time to perform the requested services and does it very well.  Alex from Alex's Exteriors is one of these rare gems.  My wife who was not home when Alex pressure cleaned our patio, exclaimed when she saw it the next day that the transformation was simply amazing. The surface previously blackened with mildew and dirt was now sparkling beautiful.  There was one area I had asked Alex to clean which he stated was usually just included in the higher price whole house cleaning.  Being on a strict budget, fixed income life style, I told Alex that I just wanted what was included in the $125.00 service.  When he was finished Alex presented his bill for $125.00 without a word.  It was not till later in the day that I saw he in fact did do the area I requested and at no extra charge.  We were very pleased.
Alex runs his own business and works alone so you know who is coming to your home.
