TJ was called on Wednesday and was very prompt and professional.  He looked over the freezer, worked on getting it defrosted and ordered the part.  We paid for the part and it was delivered the next day - as TJ said it would have been.  TJ returned the next day and replaced the part.  This is when we paid him for his labor. 

He was wonderful - prompt, honest, professional.  Could not ask for anything better.

The man is a gem  - came when he said he would - explained just what needed to be done - cleaned the coils of my frig and cleaned up after himself - explained I needed a part, ordered it from my home - came back and installed it - would highly recommend to anyone in need of service.

Our fridge was not working and TJ came the same I called him.  He was prompt, and within 5 - 7 minutes knew exactly what the problem was and was fixing it.  He did have to thaw the freezer but he came back in time frame he said and fixed the entire problem. He saved us from buying a new one.  His cost was well worth it.  Others wanted to charge me double the price just for "looking" at it.  WOW.  Thank you TJ.

The dryer stopped getting hot, so I gave TJ a call. Within 2 hours he was at my house ready to service the dryer! His multimeter was reading 80V coming out of the 110V outlet, and suggested calling an electrician. He also performed an inspection of the outdoor vent and hosing. His $40 service call fee was much better than what I'm used to paying to bring a specialist on-site! I dug out my multimeter to verify after he had left, and naturally it was reading 120V. I gave him a call and he retested his multimeter and it was indeed giving a faulty reading. An hour later I had the dryer element replaced for not much more than it could have been bought for over the internet. Murphy may have played games with his multimeter that day, but TJ knows how to treat a customer. He'll be the first person I call from now on.
