He knocked on my dorr at 9 oclock in the morning without calling me. I had told him to call before he came. We told him what needed to be done. He said he would be back the next day at 9 o clock. He didn't show up till 11. He finished some work. He charged me for four hours of work which he had stated would be 3 1/2. He charged us for wood and screws which he kept. He told us he would be back the following Tuesday at 11. I called him at 12, and he said he forgot and he was at the doctor all day long. He was very unreliable so we got somebody else.

EXCELLENT. Dennis has 40+ years experience doing this work. He works with a small crew who are mostly family. He had many innovative ideas to solve problems that we encountered. He only started our job when he was finished with a previous one and gave us his full attention. Looked for our input and wanted to make sure we were happy with all work in progress. We paid for supplies and hours worked on a weekly basis.
