This company is part of the Fenix group. I used their product Colortec Solvent based pigmented acrylic concrete sealer. The product is the most expensive on the market. It is a terrible product. After painting my driveway, black tire marks are are all over the driveway after use. The CEO came out and he was on his hands and knees scrubbing to get marks off to prove that the product is good. ( I have a video). Really ? scrub a driveway!!!!!! I power washed the the driveway with a surface cleaner the marks did not come up! I was told to buy a de-greaser and power wash. The marks come back as soon as you drive on it. If you want to power wash your driveway and pay for de-greasing chemicals every day or scrub your driveway on your hands and knees, well this is your product!!!!. Speaking to the CEO he stated I should have painted a different color other than white. The color was Sand which looks white and why would you produce a product and advertise it for driveways if it does not work well! Look at surecrete brochure it clearly shows a white driveway and stairs. Do not expect help from support, this company is out to lunch from the top down. They will give you no answers or stand behind their product....forget refund they will come up with all the reasons on how you made the wrong decision in buying their product. The only answer you will receive is to buy a different product they offer. Let this be a warning to all homeowners, if your contractor uses this product fire him immediately as it will be money poorly spent if he tries to sell you on this product.
