We checked prices of other companies that put up vapor barriers and found this one to be the best price. They came out to give us a bid right away and after we decided to have them do the work, they were here within a week. It took a couple of days to complete. There were some obstacles (debris under the unit, plumbing leaks that had to be repaired) but they foam insulated where the new plumbing went in and removed damaged fiberglass insulation under the unit. They put up new fiberglass insulation (that we provided) then covered with the vapor barrier. It's a dirty job but the employee was very personable and cared about doing a good job. The owner also offered to seal some roof screws where there was leaking in the shed. After they completed the vapor barrier, we hired them to do an annual spray for termites and they will return annually for $75. We also hired them for a bi-monthly yard spray which is at an additional cost. They removed then replaced the decorative bricks under the unit to do the work. All in all, we were very pleased with this contractor.

They did a very good job with the pest control. They were reasonably priced. The owner's nick name was Duke. His personality was very good. He was a very nice guy. It was kind of family shop. Sometimes catching him on the phone was little awkward. If I give them my email address, they were pretty responsive with email. I would use them in the future.
