JIM IS A GREAT GUY. HE CALLED BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE WAS VERY HONEST ABOUT HIS BUSY SCHEDULE, BUT WAS STILL ABLE TO WORK US IN HIS SCHEDULE IN A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF TIME.
