They get it done right away. They have a shuttle service so I can drop my car off and they take me home. They are very efficient in getting the car serviced.

I go to the dealership to get my car service once every six month.  The service was under warranty it didn’t cost me anything.  Nothing really outstanding about them I just want there because it was warranted.  The person I dealt with wasn’t really anything outstanding like they really don’t give me a good estimate and when I called it will be done or did interact very well with me.  They weren’t bad but I mean just nothing outstanding.  I guess that’s a “B” because they weren’t going out of their way to do anything for me – they don’t make extra effort.  I use them because of the warranty work.
