After charging too much to solder a valve, my husband called them back to find and cut off some pipes that were still leaking.  They were suppose to show up at 0830 the next day. My husband had to call them and they showed up at 0925. The owner's son who came didn't seem to understand what service we wanted done.  I explained that we knew which pipes were leaking, we just weren't sure where they were connected and we needed him to find the pipe connection and cut the pipe. New pipes had already been run.  He kept wanting to run a new line.  It was agreed that he would need to break through the back wall of the house to find the connection.  When I asked for an estimate on the cost after being surprised with yesterday's bill, I was told that he would not be able to even give me a starting estimate because he didn't know how long it would take or what would be involved.  He then proceeded to say that if I didn't like their prices that I should get someone else. I told him that my husband wanted them to do the job.  After some more evaluation of the problem I asked about the camera that his father had told my husband they could use to find the leak in the wall.  He stated that they would have to make a hole every six inches to use the camera. AND that it was $275 just to bring the camera out.  I thought we had a agreed that they would go ahead and make the hole in the back wall and fix the leak.  The plumber went outside and never returned.  I was on the phone with my husband when I realized that both trucks had left.  My husband called the owner back who told him that they had in fact left because the didn't feel comfortable doing the job.  The plumber/son never told me he was leaving or was not going to do the job. Very unprofessional.  His attitude throughout the whole process was very poor.  I would not recommend this company to any of my friends due to their high rates, unable to give estimates and unprofessionalism.
