They were absolute superb, excellent. We got very, very good advice on saving money and buying the right products. The installation was absolutely clean, there as no mess what-so-ever on the house and it stood up fabulously and we did not have to call them back. But he has called back and checked to make sure that everything was okay. In the bathroom he suggested because i am elderly he suggested all kinds of safety equipment and that has worked out. Safety bars, all kinds of things with the toilet I mean just in general. He even changed the tiles so that it is to be non-skid tiles and so forth on the floor. So I, walk in shower there is absolutely nothing bad, that I can say about them. It has turned out to be a fabulous experience. It has been about five years since he put in the addition but we call him back to put in an exterior deck and added some concrete tiles that's just very wonderful. A garden shed and recently he added like a lane too to the garden shed for potting that's very, very convenient. So whenever we need any kind of work here, construction of any sort we do ask him, if he cannot do it he advises us on the best way of going about things. He just finished the concrete tile deck and actually the patio and screen patio that was finished about a month ago. Everywhere that i have lived I have never had any home improvement experience that was as positive as this. His price is very, very competitive. There were no cost changes. What he tells us is what he charged. We have never been hit with an increase at a later date. The quality of his work was definitely an (A) because we did not have nothing fall apart or nothing deteriorate in anything go bad in anyway. He will go at something until it's right. I have seen him go at stuff and change stuff no increase in cost, big changes that is necessary if something does not look right. His responsiveness again is excellent. He has never started anything and then I have to wait a month to have it finished. Every time he starts something, sometimes there is a glitch or two for a week but usually finishes up as quickly as humanly possible. Basically if he says he is going to be here at a certain time he definitely is and if he is not and he is caught up somewhere he always lets us know. He is a very professional person and he knows all about getting permits and and he takes care of all that kind of stuff. I have used him for a number of projects since the addition and i have always been absolutely pleased with every project he has taken on. I am so glad I have this person or otherwise i would be a maniac.

As described above, Mr. Brown provided a good deal of comfort to move forward on such a large job and held our hands every step of the way. He is very concerned with the quality of his work and it's lasting nature. He completely redid a shower floor that he did not feel was up to par, at no charge.
Mom and I have now lived with his work for 5 years and are very happy with it.
Mr. Brown is still available to us and we've called him back many times for minor work such as grab bars in mom's shower.
Mr. Brown will research new techniques and materials but it would be helpful to have a good idea of what you want or need as you go into the building process. While he's is not slow, sometimes workers or materials my cause him delays.
All in all, Mr. Brown takes pride in his work and is happy to make friends with his clients. I highly recommend him.
