I have only had an issue twice. I had leaves on the front yard, and asked if they could blow them off. It was a small yard and I didn't think it was a big deal, but it seemed like they wanted to charge me extra for it. It was spring, and we were just coming out of winter, so the grass wasn't growing that much. They agreed to help me out and blow the leaves off the grass, but when they left there were leaves blown into the street (at least some of them). My neighbor across the street helps keep the neighborhood clean by blowing the street and the neighbors houses, and it added work for him.
The only other issue was that we have some fast growing plants by the garage, and I had to cut those back once as they would get caught in the garage door and prevent it from closing. After I trimmed it back they took care of it going forward.
Overall good service at a great price.
