Rain Gutters Solution

They fixed a few little minor things I needed right away.

I had 6 rain gutter companies provide diagrams and estimates. Jesus spent the least amount of time. Initially I thought that was bad. Then I quickly realized -- no, that is good, he is simply sharper than the others so it doesn't require nearly as much time. Every company basically agreed on 75% of my property...the front left and entire back. Nobody agreed on the front right, which incorporates the front porch and a nearby permanent carport. I had proposals for 2, 3 and 4 downspouts in that area. Every conceivable location for them. It became amusing once I realized every subsequent company would provide a different remedy. Jesus' solution was the most sensible. That's why I went with this company. He used 2 downspouts in that area, while cluttering only one of my brick carport pillars with a downspout, and completely eliminating the prior downspout near my front porch. Nobody else offered a combo like that. Jesus' estimate was among the lowest. But some of the higher priced companies had specified the wider 6 inch gutters. They are more expensive. I contacted Jesus to inquire about how much extra it would be for 6 inch gutters. He could have told me anything. I assumed the price would go up $100-$200. But Jesus told me his estimate was already for the 6 inch gutters. That clinched it The gutters are now in place and functioning perfectly. I had workers from my pool company say they will really help with my pool deck situation. Previously I never had gutters above the pool. My only annoyance was that the installers did not speak one syllable of English. Jesus and others atop the company are perfectly bilingual. But the workers did not understand my request to place the downspouts a couple of inches higher than normal. I am going to change the slant of the ground, raising it higher near the wall to create a positive slope. That's why the downspouts couldn't be tight to today's ground level. But since the workers couldn't understand that, they were insisting on placing the spouts tight to the ground. I had to summon my neighbor to translate. Frustrating.

The installation went well with quality product. The only issue was the salesperson showed and sold me a leaf guard which was completely different product than what was installed. I Was not charged for the wron product and the company left it on the gutters.

I had made an appointment with them for Thursday, June 7th between the hours of 2:30-3:30pm. I stay home all afternoon and waited for them. No call, didn't show up, didn't care to let me know they couldn't make it. I consider that to be extremely unprofessional and unreliable and would never hire them or give them a second chance. Called 11/14/2017, spoke with very nice lady who gave me appointment for estimate on 11/20 from 9:30-10am. At 10:15 on day of appointment, I called to see if someone was coming, left a message. Got a call back at 10:45, saying they didn’t know anything about appointment, secretary was on vacation. Fine, it happens. They said they would be at property at 1pm. Rushed back home after a meeting, and waited. Got text at 3:35pm asking for my address again. No one ever showed. 10:45am the next day, I get another text asking if I’m available for someone to stop by.

Small issue with getting a response initially, but eventually spoke with Jesus who immediately scheduled workers to come out a couple of days later to complete the work. Osniemi arrived on time and fixed the gutter very quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable. I would definitely hire again.

It went very well. Called and got an estimate the next day. Paid my deposit and they scheduled me for my preferred time the next week. They came as scheduled. They removed my gutters and installed theirs. They even added down spouts for my rainchains, fixed gutter covers to keep out debris, and a block so my gutters would not(as it sometimes did)overflow over my front door. Have gone through several downpours since then. Perfect. With the rain barrels, they taught me to not block debris at the gutter but at the outflow. This is so much easier to clean and to monitor. In short, they went above and beyond. Great job, better advice.

It went well - good quality product

After reviewing about 15 other vendors, I chose Rain Gutter Solutions. Their price was competitive, and were not pushy. They gave me 10 references of recent installations. I visited 4 that were near my house. The gutters looked perfect as I expected. I went up on the ladder at one house and nervously tugged on them. Solid. Today they completed the installation, and I am amazed at the work. They also picked up all debris, and refused to park on my grass to approach the work area, since they didn't want to damage my yard. The numerous workers did everything in an organized fashion, and never bothered me during the day of install. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The gutters match the roof perfectly. We purchased a home that had a new metal roof but no gutters. The house was beautiful and recently renovated and but it needed gutters on the front and back of the house. Jesus was a pleasure to work with - responsive and professional. He came out and reviewed the project, showed us options - types of gutters, colors and pictures. We selected the gutters and his team came out and quickly installed them. They did a great job and we highly recommend Jesus and his team!

They never responded to TWO Angie's List messages. One sent on Sept 6th and a second sent on Sept 13th.

Super professional. Pointed out we needed to have some roof and soffit work done first and hooked us up with a great carpenter. Did the work on time and on budget. Charged us less than the people who did the original install and did a much better job. Highly recommend.
