Appointment times mean nothing to Jimmy. If hes going to be late he doesnt let you know. Its all about Jimmy. When he did the washing machine dial repair, he put the dial on backwards and the settings were all messed up. I didnt realize that he did that until the next time I used my washing machine, days later. I ended up fixing it myself because he so unreliable and keeping appointments. I did some comparison shopping and just to come out and take a look Jimmy ended up being quite expensive ($155) compared to others. Because I heard his quote wrong over the phone I hired him so I was quite surprised on how much I ended up paying. Jimmy promised me a receipt that would be emailed electronically but after 10 days, nothing. Only after I threatened a charge back did he finally send me a receipt.

"This lady it is crazy I was nice with her, I was on time since the very first day, and told her upfront over the phone that it was $ 155 dollars for the timer installation that later when I finish the work she was trying to pay me $55 (see if she is a shameless), she tried to fixed herself the washer timer and she brake the display board to save the repair money before even call any company, and when I get there all the washer was completely disassembled in pieces, I gave her the hardness wires connections part number that was also damage because of the bleach that got inside the display board, and I installed for the same original cost"

Be careful with this guy, cause his prices are ridiculous. What is a big rip off.

Very responsive, came on time. Fixed the problem. Only issue is that he found another problem during the repair so the price went up. If I had known it was going to be so expensive I would not have done the work and would have bought a new washer instead.

My refrigerator was broken and this repair technician came the same day (on a Saturday) to my home to evaluate. He had the parts by Monday and repaired my refrigerator before noon on the same day. He was very professional and the pricing was very reasonable. They also gave me a 6 month guarantee on the parts and labor. I will definitely use them again for my other household repairs and recommend them to anyone in need.
