I had a slow drain and didn't know what the cause could be. I mentioned that it could need the pipes snaked or septic pumped. The tech went over and uncapped the septic tank and showed me that the water level was relatively high. He proceeded to try to sell me various costly solutions. I settled on the temporary fix of pumping out the tank. The next day a third-party vendor came to do the pump out. They mentioned that the tank was not that full. Bottom line, my problem was not resolved. I called to complain and the lady on the other line raised her voice and blamed my bad decision to pump the tank. I feel these people act in a dishonest manner and recommend not to use them.

When I called they were in the middle of a large project, but the owner sent someone to assist with 24hrs. They were arrived in a timely manner, finished the job in 10mins, and ensure the area of service was clean. I would definitely recommend Cutler Bay Plumbing and will always us them for my plumbing needs.

Called them and their response was quick and they thoroughly checked for the source of the leak. A quote was given and the job was completed to my satisfaction. Since they were already here I had them fix another pending job and they did not have any problem doing it \.

Earlier today Bernardo Garcia came to our house since our washer was leaking water on the floor. Less than five minutes, he discovered we had a pin-hole leak in the drain hose. He stated this was caused by the installer or manufacturer. We'll be addressing this issue with one of them.
