Never performed the job. Repeated calls, rarely responded. When there was a response, he would say I'll come out on such and such a day but would no call/no show. Very poor communication and customer service. Would not recommend.

John was very busy but got us on the calendar and the job was great. When we asked for additional cutting back, he was happy to do so remembering what we discussed upon the quote time. Yard was immaculate when they left after a day of cutting. All debris was taken, they blew and raked.

Great price, huge mahogany tree canopy reduction, heavy trim. They gave a much needed hurricane trim to my palms at no charge. Johnny is an extremely talented arbourist and a force of nature. His crew were very professional in their support of his trimming huge limbs 50 feet in the air. Great cleanup and no damage. plus he worked around our boat and a truck. Our neighbors are relieved due to huge limbs and coconuts/coconut fronds falling close to their property. Thank you Johnny!!

Very professional, high energy workers. Kept to the estimated cost of doing the job even though in the end the job, through no fault of theirs, required more time than anticipated. Cleaned up and left the area as they found it. We were very happy with their service.
