The whole process was easy with Windows Unlimited. I would recommend them to anyone in the future. You can definitely see why Windows Unlimited has been around for so long. They really know what their doing!

Everything went exceptionally well. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and did what they said they would do. Material delivery and installation were well within the quoted timeframes. I can't say enough about the installers. Excellent craftsmen, very neat, and removed all old material and debris. They left my place just like they found it.
It was a very positive experience. I would recommend Windows Unlimited to anyone.

3 years later we sold our condo and was able to sell it for 60k more than we paid for it, even in a down market. I have to say most of the increase in our home was from the safety glass improvements we had done by Windows and siding Unlimited.
Lastly, one of our Windows a few years after installing them had an issue where the gas leaked from between the panes of glass, they sent me a replacement at no charge.
Keith has been in the business for a long time and that by itself should tell you a lot on how good his business is run.

I gave him a check for $1000 up front as a deposit and after I gave him the check and signed the contract. He then tried to get me to change the brand of windows to a cheaper window. Now after several attempts between Apr. - Aug. to get the job started he refuses to honor the contract or return my deposit even though services were not performed. He then said I could give him $1,400 more and pick up the windows my self and He will not let me pay with a check . He insists he wants Cash or a cashiers check even though I have paid with a check before. He is extremely hard to work with and not at all trustworthy. I have been a service Business owner for over 37 years and would have never conduct business in such manner. I am sorry but I would never recommend Keith Miller and Windows and Siding Unlimited.

"Approximately 4-5 days after he signed the contract, and after the windows were ordered, he called me and said that he could not complete the project. He said that he had to give his mother some money to help her in time of need. At that point, I could not cancel the order for the windows, because they were "Custom Made" for his home. He then changed his mind and wanted to proceed with the project, and wanted to pay with a credit card. I agreed, but I did not trust him at this point, and I insisted he give me the credit card number, so that I could make sure that the transaction would be approved, and that we would collect our money. He refused, and I decided that I did not "Trust Him" and that I did not want to work with this man at all!! I gave him four of the windows, as re-imbursement for his deposit. I offered to deeply discount the other windows, but he refused, and I still have them in my warehouse."

They arrived on time, worked all day, cleaned-up after they were finished. Obviously professionals at their work. We highly recommend them and their work.
