The owner of Crystal River ServiceMasters is the owner of the Tallahassee Service Masters. Price gouging, insurance fraud, harassment, refusing to send itemized statements, threats, etc is how they operate. Unable to recommend this business. The actual work that they did either failed, had to be re-done, had to be corrected, would not account for it on an itemized statements, and submitted a bill for an exorbitant amount to the insurance company stating heavy equipment was needed to justify the over inflated amount. The heavy equipment was not used so that makes the claim insurance fraud.
