I purchased a system from them and just was not satisfied with the management .They were good at first ,then they sold me apart for close to $3thousand dollars only to have another part to fail with a ticket price of well over $5thousand. Their lack of professional decision and rudeness by management I left them not being a return customer.I purchased another unit from a company that has a Heart not just alot of people working for them. I Never would recommend them,they are a one hit wonder they really dont care.

It went great. They were honest, hard working & professional. Couldn't ask for more.

they will not pay for damages .

Part came but was not correct. Reordered and was replaced successfully. Unfortunately the Thermostat was also found to be bad and needed to be replaced. Had replacement on truck, installed and all is good.

They are very reliable, on time and do the job. The price is a little bit of a premium but I was okay with it because they were professional. They scheduled an appointment and they were right there on time.

Service went good. They come out twice a year.

The Technician was punctual, professional and friendly. He performed his inspection in a timely fashion.

The Paul and Chris team arived on time and worked through the day, until after 8 PM, to complete the installation. Paul went out of his way to make sure the work quality was good. I recomend Paul for any AC work!
I did have one complaint about their work though. The circuit breakers needed replacement because of the current draw of the compressor and air handler, but I noticed that they were going to replace the CB's with used parts, not new ones. One of the used CB's even had the residue from a Palmetto bugs egg sack. I would not accept those CB's, but they did not have any new parts on the truck. They did find two other used ones, which were a bit cleaner and did not have any remnants of egg sacks. I let them install those on condition that they would be replaced. New CB's were installed the following day.
Also, the price quoted included replacing the drain line and replacing the undersize duct with a larger circular one, which would have resulted in having to move the air handler and enlarging the stand. When the old duct was removed, I proposed using a larger rectangular shaped duct instead of the planned circular one. Doing so meant that the airhandler location would not change, and senica would not have to enlarge the stand. The two workers also said that using the square duct would make their job easier. I also told them not to add the larger drain line because it involved running the PVC pipe along the interior wall and cutting a hole in the outside wall. I also told Senica that, to save time, I would take care of the drywall repair. After the work was completed, I requested a refund of a few dollars because of the time and materials saved, but my request was refused on the basis that the use of the rectangular duct added cost which offset any savings. Also, the drywall repair had not been included in the estimate. I couldn't be bothered to argue about it.
I would use Senica again, but would make sure to find out the impact of any change ideas that I might have.

They are great. They are punctual and they are quick to get off and come. They came out the same day.

This repair was in a rental property we own. Repairman could have easily said that unit was beyond repair and sold us another central unit. Instead, he said that there was some good life left in the unit and we had to weigh repair against replacement. We chose repair. Tenants are happy and say that all is working well. Our experience with Senica over the years has been that they are professional and honest. Yes, they are in the business of making money, but the members of this family-owned business believe and practice the credo that the best business is honest business. I highly recommend them.

They were here for about twelve hours that day and even came out the following day to be sure it was all working right.

The unit has been running fine ever since.

Senica promptly came out to check out the problem, ordered the needed part, and installed it. They even worked around our work schedules to complete it when we were home. The repair appears to have been done correctly with no further problems.

Fantastic! We called late on Friday afternoon and he came quickly and assessed the problem within a few minutes. Very reasonable for what was an emergency repair (after hours). We were up and running and able to still host a party which we thought we were going to have to cancel.

Senica service technician was prompt, neat, efficient. Cost was exactly as estimated and unit has worked flawlessly for 3 months (so far).

In 2005, after two years of unsuccessful repair attempts, I contacted the owner, Daryl Senica, in an attempt to resolve the issue; he refused any assistance and referred me to the Crystal River office for warranty work. In 2005 and again in 2007, I asked for a Rheem factory representative to help evaluate the situation or to be provided with a contact number so that I could contact Rheem directly. I was denied both. In late 2007, even though the unit had never worked properly and at least eleven work orders (representing dozens of visits to my home) had been generated, I was advised by a Senica representative, Jackie, they were no longer going to provide assistance as the unit was now out of warranty. After allowing Senica five years to resolve the cooling issue, and dealing with enormous electric bills due to the non-stop running of the air conditioning unit, I was force to seek assistance elsewhere. On 4-15-08, I contacted Bay Area Air Conditioning and Heating. Within minutes of arriving at my home, they had a tentative diagnosis. After a few hours of meticulously-performed diagnostic tests, they confirmed the diagnosis. There was nothing wrong with the Rheem cooling unit itself EXCEPT IT HAD BEEN INSTALLED IMPROPERLY. Bay Area made all of the necessary repairs between 5-30-08 and 6-18-08, and my home cooling unit for the first time EVER is able to properly cool my home. On October 1, 2008, I sent (via Certified Mail) copies and explanation of the work orders generated by Bay Area and asked for reimbursement of $1,147.00. On October 7, I received an angry telephone call from manager John Anello, who offered no assistance only confusing accusations. I promptly followed this call with a fax to Daryl Senica, which was ignored. On November 17, 2008, I again sent (via Certified Mail) a request to Senica Air for reimbursement, which was ignored. On December 4, 2008, I filed a complaint with the Central Florida Better Business Bureau. The BBB sent communications to Senica on 1-5-09, 1-16-09 and 1-27-09; each of which was ignored. I am contacting you in hopes that maybe you might be able to have success in resolving the issue of reimbursement for monies spent to have the cooling unit properly installed. I have copies of the work orders generated by both Senica and Bay Area, my requests to Senica for reimbursement,the letter I received from the BBB regarding Senica s lack of response and before/after photos should you request a copy. While this letter in lengthy, the issue is not complicated I only which to be reimbursed for necessary work performed. At this time, I am not asking for compensation for the $1000 s spent for the unsuccessful cooling of my home for the past five years. Thank you in advance for your time.
